You don't have the right to attack someone at work because they said something bad to you. Be a grown ass adult and ignore them. Just because someone makes a comment to you doesn't mean it's ok to engage in physical violence against them.

Again, the only reason we even know about the glass story is Punk leaked it to the dirt sheets to try and make himself look a good guy because he'd buried Hangman again in a promo to the crowd and realised it had gone down badly. That's the only reason we're aware it happened. People accusing Perry of bragging about using glass or trying to use it to boost his career need to remember that. CM punk 100% definitively started this by leaking it to the media. Should Perry have just ignored punk? Yeah he should have. But I can understand it if he was angry at Punk, not everybody can do what Hangman does and completely rise above punks pathetic pettiness. Where/How did we find out it was Punk that leaked this? I totally missed this. |

It was part of a report from "Punk's side" discussing his efforts to create a drama-free locker room for Collision in direct response to the backlash from his "peg warmer" comments about Hangman. We don't know that CM Punk, personally, was responsible for the leak, but it's 100% certain that it was someone from his camp. |

The follow-ups to the Perry story made it clear that the initial report was entirely from Punk and that other sources had a very interpretation of events that weren't as charitable to Punk |

I also wonder how much t-shirt sales are worth this dude going on a personal crusade to make it seem like AEW (the company that rolled out the red carpet for him and generally gives him everything he wants and lets him do whatever he wants) is the most toxic trashily run organization in wrestling history. Like sure he makes money but he's also doing damage to the company's rep at every corner unintentionally and intentionally.

It's either CM Punk himself saying it and sharing those thoughts, or dude's got his locker room buddies gathered around him like he's Jesus giving a sermon and then sharing that wisdom with Sean Ross Sapp. There's no way this stuff isn't coming from Punk. |

Gotta say I didn’t get “he didn’t know he was suspended” out of that. Just sounds like he was planned to be on the show but now they have to change plans.
