So from what was revealed about the new characters, the new male lead, Roy, apparently has a mystery Pokeball.
Hopefully not more BS from GS.

So from what was revealed about the new characters, the new male lead, Roy, apparently has a mystery Pokeball. Hopefully not more BS from GS. It's one of the biggest flops in the history of the series tbh. Just shelving it because Celebi got their own movie was an absolute waste of time, you could have put another legendary in there or revisited it, which I guess Ash's final chapters won't do either. Like really bad swerve booking, but Pokemon style. In the new anime it looks like the ball might contain one of the four sealed cursed Mons? But that's just going off the design. |

If they're not definitively writing Ash out then that just kind of screams to me that the second the ratings dip they're going to backpedal and make him the main character again.

Time skips and age/character progression are my big things when it comes to certain animes for me They've only ever aged up the Adventures casts though, I wish they'd do the same for the others, Tamers in particular. |

I don't know what it is, since I imagine being what this franchise is all of this shit goes through the same committees and has a lot of the same artists, but I just really don't like the designs of most anime-original characters. Feel like they tend to always either look incredibly generic or to have this trying-too-hard-to-be-distinct-to-where-they-just-look-like-someone's-OC look to them, they never seem to hit the right middle ground. Like this guy, the f*** is this guy?  |

Same though of all time Savers is the one that interest me the more. We kind of got one and I want to see what they would have done. Would Keenan and Kristy get together, would Relena ever get a Digimon partner and if so what would it be. |

Even though Japanese entertainment is aware spoilers are a thing but think they mean “extra plot point reveals for promotional material”. |
