That Battle in the Valley show is going to be a lot of fun. I usually don’t buy these and just wait for them to hit world but I ordered this one. Every match looks good.

GCW’s the Collective always gets a lot of love for their output at WrestleMania weekend, but WrestleCon has flow under the radar for too long as being consistently great. Some Collective shows are rough to get through. Last year WrestleCon held the underrated New Japan STRONG Lonestar Shootout with Jay/Speedball and Suzuki calling Killer Kross a young boy, and this year’s crossover with Impact should be fun.
Also of note is that Speedball faces Ibushi earlier that day for Bloodsport, meaning this guy is going nuts yet again for Mania weekend. Dude has Ibushi and Ospreay on THURSDAY followed by three more days of matches.

Damn it. As is tradition, I watched Wrestle Kingdom and New Year's Dash then time got away from me and I haven't watched anything since. The New Japan and NOAH crossover show has some good ones as well. 1. Shingo Takagi vs. Katsuhiko Nakajima 2. Kenoh vs. Naito. 3. Kaito Kiyomiya and Yoshiki Inamura vs. Kazuchika Okada and Togi Makabe. It's more of an angle than a match but, the angle is generational. |

Tanahashi vs Kenta is a grudge match stemming from The G1. Yeah, in KENTA's time in NJPW, he's built a really brutal rivalry with Tanahashi, including when KENTA just got completely wrecked in that one match together. |
