Netflix is an interesting prospect (any streaming company really, however Netflix is the most well known ‘brand’ for streaming). I don’t think it would happen, but I think it makes the most business sens for WWE Worldwide, but not as a full sale. There still NEEDS to be the McMahons running the day to day.
*Netflix has a global reach and doesn’t need to make any other distribution deals to stream in any country they currently stream in. *WWE can still raise revenue through their various sponsors. There’s no adverts, however as we see with Bray/Knight, matches can be sponsored and promoted. *WWE Films (if that is still a thing) now has a direct platform and doesn’t need to be shopped around for distribution. *WWE would bring in a consistent stream of subscribers to Netflix. There will be an initial jump worldwide, but that will then steady. Even if you’re upset with the product, they’re so much other wide varied content that would reach most consumers. So while not particularly growing at a fast rate, wrestling fans are nothing if not consistent. *WWE on Netflix can realistically do what they want as there are going to be less restrictions (TV Rating etc…) and a LOT less people to answer to. *Watching and rewatching made easier. WWE Network was a good idea, but very niche and it this business model was not really in WWE’s wheelhouse. Netflix has this streaming business on lock and are VERY good at what they do.
I still don’t think it will happen, however because of the above, IMO for WWE, this would make a lot of sense both business wise and creatively.

I don’t think they get any of the tv commercial money as it is, so that wouldn’t be an issue.

Apple, under the clause that all Peanuts specials on the streaming site now have Lucy's voice redubbed by Steph.

Me dude my TEW average is like 60% cause I keep trying to have Gabe Sapolsky get knocked out like JBL against Bart Gunn. He's literally here I can get the ball rolling immediately. GOOTER vs Gabe at Day 1.

Too bad WWF is not interested. That would be hilarious. Panda wrestling needs to be a thing.
