Who were your guys? What were your favorite years of the product? I grew up on guys like Eddie Guerrero, Thuganomics Cena, Edge, Orton, Batista, Rey ect. I loved mid 2000s wwe but when i started posting here, the posters were longing for the attitude era. The 2010s were creatively even worse in a lot of peoples opinions. I feel like we are at the point where we might have posters that grew up having the Shield as their first favorite wrestlers. I mean I joined the forum in 07 when I was 15

I kind of get the impression discussion forums like this aren't really frequented by many fans like 20 or younger anymore. Boards like this were everywhere in the 2000s but not so much now. It seems like younger fans are more likely to be on Twitter, Instagram and maybe Discord/Reddit.
The people in charge here and the general community deserve a lot of credit because I feel like 90% of boards like this died or turned into ghost towns 5-10 years ago but FAN is still super active.

Agreed. I started using this forum back in 2005 when I was 20, and everyone was around the same age. Since then, everyone has aged, including myself. I'd be surprised to find people born in the 2000s post here.

I just think about a recent Deadlock podcast where they were saying if you grew up around then deadman Undertaker was your guy and SVR08 was your game lmao

FAN clearly needs to work on the young demo In the spirit of BTE's "50+ Seconds for 50+," FAN brings you "20+ Pages for 20-and-Under."

It feels weird for sure, 7 year old me thinking that the Kane/Edge/Paul Bearer storyline was pure comedy gold and being a full on Cena kid was a weird time in my life, for sure. I’m 50/50 on the product though from back in the early 2010’s looking back at it. I kinda look at it through rose-tinted glasses, but maybe that’s nostalgia? I do kinda wish I grew up with the Attitude/RA Era though, just to have been there would’ve been really cool.

How did you feel on him being booked as top babyface while he was getting boo’d by the rest of the audience

I feel like even if I hadn’t, I probably wouldn’t have been too impressed either way.

As recently as 10 maybe even 5 years ago all the old nostalgic clips that would be posted on Twitter were usually attitude era stuff like Austin, Rock, DX, Mankind, Undertaker, Kane, etc. I've noticed in the past few years though seemingly every time I go on Twitter there's some post with thousands of likes gushing over more mid-late 2000s stuff like Cena/Edge/Mysterio/Hardy/Orton/Batista.
So I don't doubt that if we're not already there then we're very close to the younger generation looking back on like The Shield or even early Horsewomen days with nostalgia.
