Got the idea from the thread about Chrisley getting a new season.
Obviously, the whole thing with Owen Hart. And of course, turning Raw into a Chris Benoit tribute.

We'll see how Rick and Morty and Solar Opposites handle it, but apparently Justin Roiland has been super hands-off on anything except recording his lines from-home with zero direction anyway.

8 Simple Rules shambling on after John Ritter died has to be up there. I dunno, I kinda liked the Grandad and CJ additions. Thought those two could have had their own show together.

Certainly to a lesser extent than, say, On The Edge 98 or RAW is 8 Simple Rules, but I'd argue the Death on the Nile press tour.
Armie Hammer's sexual assault allegations were enough to put a chill over the whole rollout, but having three or four other costars who could've otherwise carried the press tour saying stupid shit really didn't help matters. You could almost feel Disney's general disdain for everything going forward, and the movie more or less bombing at the box office was just icing on the cake.

Another one that doesn't involve death, but 2 and a Half Men going on despite publicly losing one and a half of the men in really awkward, off-putting ways.

Tommy Cooper was a British comedian that died on stage during a televised show. The crowd initially laughed thinking it was all part of the act.
There was a break but the show did indeed go on, the next acts did their bit for the audience while attempts to save Tommy's life were going on backstage.

Two and a Half Men.
Like, neither Sheen nor Lorre looked good in this, but Chuck in particular just came off as the more spiteful of the two, especially with the ending.

Continuing The Connors after Roseanne Barr had her moment has to be up there.
The Office after Steve Carrell left, although I think they ultimately found their footing.

Continuing The Connors after Roseanne Barr had her moment has to be up there. Honestly I think The Conners is a great show and I think it's holding up just as well as the best seasons of Roseanne did. I don't miss her not being on the show at all.

Furious 7. Pretty commendable on the side of the director and the graphics crew who did a phenomenal job, I think.
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is another example, with less successful results I think.

Last season of Chappelle's Show. I felt so bad for charlie and Donnell having to go up there and do that. And it didn't help that the quality of the stuff dave did in season 3 kinda sucked

"There's Company" got kind of awkward when Suzanne Somers was trying to renegotiate her contract.

That 70’s Show took an odd turn when evil and manipulative Laurie (Lisa Robin Kelley) got replaced by cute and perky Laurie (Christina Moore). And since that wasn’t bad enough, they gave us the Randy for Eric switch.

I’m one of the only Robert California stans around. I honestly loved those last two seasons and think they’re comedically superior to the middle years when Jim and Pam were first dating.

Newsradio after Phil Hartman's death kinda fits... even though he wasn't the main character he was kinda the glue that kept the show together

Agreed, I'm behind a bit but what I've seen of it holds up as well without her. Especially with Katey Sagal added to the mix.
