Such a weird choice that I'm sure has to be quite short.

I expect Roxanne on the main roster after WM. Her reign has been such a weird saga. Wins it in a random match because Mandy was getting fired, did a program with Meiko, passed out/had anxiety issues, came back in a weird assed post production tape with an HBK stunt double, gave herself a mantra on top of a hill, and then lost the ladder match and didn't really figure in the ending.

I like Indi but I don't agree with it at all. They've done nothing to build her up and from a talent standpoint it isn't warranted. It's not like she's super over or anything either. Just feels like they are giving her the belt just simply for the fact that she's been there a long time which shouldn't be a reason to give someone your top championship. I mean the Brooklyn Brawler was in the company for years and I don't think anyone thought it would be a good idea to put the belt on him.

I didn't get it, so it was one of those videos that aired during Peacock commercials. 

But yeah, Indi is 100% not making it to Battleground as the champ. I'm 50/50 on whether or not she even survives next week as the champ.

She won for the pop and for Dexter showing up I guess. I was happy she won but get the criticism when either Rox or Tiffany should have won.

That bump Tiffany took looked nasty as well the girls barely protected her.

Seems like a really odd call to give it to Indi who had IMO had next to no momentum and felt like just a body added to the match.

And this is gonna feel even weirder if she is just gonna drop it to Cora by tuesday anyways

And the spine buster right on the edge of the ladder by Indi.  If she doesn’t miss any time I’ll be kind of shocked.

I was convinced beforehand that Tiffany was winning (hopefully she’s okay after they all whiffed on catching her on that dive) so the result was a bit shock.

From the reactions on social media Indi seems to be incredibly popular with her peers so it definitely has the feel of a thank you reign that probably won’t last too long. Not sure who I see taking the belt but it’s probably either Cora or Tiffany.

I really don't get why they feel the need to do ladder matches so much. Especially with the women. They are other matches you can do that are much safer and just as good instead of having to one that puts your talent at risk and getting them needlessly injured. It doesn't even apply to it being development and the talent being green. In this match for instance the three most seasoned women in the match that are in general considered to be the best workers (Zoey, Roxanne, Lyra) were responsible for the biggest screw up with their piss poor job of catching Tiffany.

On a related note in storyline was Jacy supposed to be actually injured or just faking it so she could screw over Gigi? If the latter then that really makes no sense and makes her look pretty dumb in that she gave up a chance to qualify for the match and potentially be champion just so she could screw over her former friend who she really hates now for some reason?

Well, I for one am delighted that Indi is champion because if I'd missed Gigi or Tiffany winning their first title, I would've been even more pissed than I am now for missing the PLE!

I like Indi. She seems like a sweet person. And as part of a tag team and/or faction, she is fantastic.

But she has not been impressive on her own. And even in This Match she was the weakest one. And she has lost most of her matches recently. This was just a baffling move?

Also poor Roxanne. Her title reign did not amount to much and it was NOT her fault. It’s weird that they put her back in the match last second and made a point to establish her having anxiety. Only for it to play ZERO role in the actual match and her not even to take the final bump?

IDK this felt like a mess to me.

Fully expect her to lose on Tuesday, and then debut as a 'former NXT champion.'

It was just something nice to get the fans excited with Lumis that early in the AM, and potentially give Indi a tag line for the call up.

Well, that's what I'd do anyway!

I honestly wouldn't be shocked if she debuted this week to team with Candice. She can always drop it later or be stripped of it because of her "new main roster duties".
