I just find this shit exhausting. So tired of the biggest running drama in this company being, "Will the writers tell a satisfying story or f*** it up for heat again?" The night after WrestleMania 36, they said "Big Show actually challenged Drew for the WWE Championship after the main event last night, we'll show you that match later tonight on RAW!" and then we had to sit there for 3 hours and wonder if they really had Big Show win the WWE Championship in the darkest dark match of all time. |

This is all just mainly funny to me because I became detached from the Bloodline story and this style of booking a while ago. A story based on “will the company actually give us the match we want???” is wholly uninteresting and just a different variety of Russo style booking.

It feels a bit different for me this time maybe because of the goodwill the booking has built up in the last year and a half (as a whole as of course there have been some missteps along the way). Of course what happens tonight could potentially challenge that goodwill. |
