Holy shit. What a horrible human being Vickie Benson is. There's been rumors about a big falling out between Chavo and Vickie for awhile now. Connecting the dots, I'm not surprised if it's about this. Yeah, Chavo saying it's been a few years with him supporting Sherilyn is all but outright saying what's happening. |

Well this is just a terrible situation anyway you cut it. If you believe Sherilyn, she's an abuse victim whose mother has abandoned her. If you believe Vicki, Sherilyn is mentally unwell and has been abandoned by her mother and thrown to the wolves publicly. Neither are good looks for Vicki at all. I hope Sherilyn finds the help she needs, whatever the truth. As someone who has dealt with having a child with mental issues. We were told by her therapist when they are adults and make bad decisions you sometimes have to choose yourself. Literally had a therapist tell me that you aren't a bad parent if you cut and run on a 20 year old that is destroying your mental health with theirs. So I can sort of see why she wouldn't view it as abandonment. Yeah... but Vickie basically victim blaming on social media is certainly an extreme way of "choosing yourself". Vickie is a scumbag for this. |

Like, let's make the assumption that the SA never happened and Sherilyn is making it up because she is extremely mentally ill (which I don't believe at all, but hypothetical situation). That post was bereft of any compassion or love for a child struggling with severe mental illness. Not even a sad resignation or anything. All selfish anger and treating her like she was a complete stranger. It was f***ing vile. |

Plus, she still never denied something untoward took place between the husband and daughter. Just completely glossed over it while also trying to shame Sherrilyn for whatever else may have happened. That's just full toxicity.

That's just full toxicity. As a parent, I really can't imagine ever picking any partner over my own child. As a parent in sports, you sadly see that WAY too often. When you become a parent, your life is no longer priority #1 and it's just shocking how many parents refuse to accept this. |

With Instagram it is also very easy to accidentally like something if you're looking at it on your phone. Speaking from several examples of personal experience. With Shazza it turns out it was a mistake and she unliked it shortly thereafter.

For those condemning wrestlers for liking Vickie's status, I would probably say they're just dumb and liking something without reading it. Not an excuse, but I remember when Drake Weurtz outed himself a lot of indy wrestlers would like his social media stuff because they remembered him as the happy go lucky guy on the indies and then they went back and read what was said and disassociated. With Instagram it is also very easy to accidentally like something if you're looking at it on your phone. Speaking from several examples of personal experience. I've seen people literally scroll down their IG feed liking everything without much thought or substance after a quick glance. Not going to excuse anyone that did, but just an observation I've had long with the fat fingering a "like". Holy shit. What a horrible human being Vickie Benson is. Did some searches and it seems Hector and Chavo Sr (before he died) haven't been too happy with Vickie for years that was publicly reported. |

For those who need further context on the side of Sherilyn: she's 27 years old. This means that ever since she was TWELVE (two years out from her father's sudden passing and going through puberty), her mother saw her as a hostile and narcissistic person. Heaven forbid a kid two years out from their dad dying has a few emotional and mental stability issues, but to view your own kid like that without some freaking context is just disgusting.
Compound that with the follow up quotes victim blaming (ESPECIALLY demanding she be grateful the person she's accusing bought something for her), there's just not enough karmic justice in the world to happen to this person going forward. I've had my own stand-offs with (hell, I've even thought a few times they were selfish assholes), but never would I say the things that were said in these responses to someone I actually cared about.

That’s putting it lightly….I talk to Hector and used to talk to Chavo Classic (before he passed away…RIP compadre), and Chavo had a huge disdain for her and made it well known.
