So it's 2:49 AM (editor's note: I fell asleep) and I'm currently here losing my mind over this photo of Natural Born Thrillers that just sums up everything about what WCW Powerplant's ideal vision for humanity was  Dude. What the f***. Even the guy whose gimmick was that he was the smallest in the group looks like the f***ing T-1000. Every single granite-carved boob has light shining off of it in a different direction. The forces of LIGHT do not even know how to deal with the level of mass that's in this room. This is like the fathers of every Gymshark model gathered to discuss which one of them is wider than the most amount of kids stacked side by side. I've been trying to figure out what aesthetic Reno Riggins was going for since the moment I first laid eyes on the dude and I've never been more confident about a description than TRTCore. T levels so high dude has morphed in to the world's first beach exclusive Samurai. There's more grilled chicken in this one room than the entirety of yr local supermarket. I don't think any of them have chewed their food in years they just blend that shit cause FOOD IS FUEL NOT FOOD. |

There's more grilled chicken in this one room than the entirety of yr local supermarket. I don't think any of them have chewed their food in years they just blend that shit cause FOOD IS FUEL NOT FOOD. I'm reminded of an article about the Arnold Classic in Columbus where they had interviewed a few local restaurateurs kvetching about how Arnold competitors would come in regardless of advertised cuisine and demand plain grilled chicken and MAYBE some cooked spinach. |

The powerplant trained guys so they looked like a million bucks and could do moves, but had no idea how to string them into a worthwhile match and didn't value protecting their opponents. It cast a long shadow over the WWE developmental system, with Bill DeMott turning out clods and ending careers because he was doing cruelty drills that did nothing but shave years off careers.

When your head trainer is Buddy Lee Parker with his short guy complex there’s only so much that you can expect. Dude sucked. |
