Ladies and Gentlemen I present to you the "British Storm" Ian Harrison I remember this guy. He had one or two B-show matches in the dying WCW and then wasn't seen again until the XWF launched and someone thought enormous gasheads equaled money. He was the drizzling shits, everything about him was bad from his actual work, to his terrible name "British Storm" that had clearly been conceived with about forty seconds of thought, to his XWF entrance music that was a crap electric guitar medley of various British patriotic songs.
We did get this absolutely stunning still from his XWF entrance video though:

So it's 2:49 AM (editor's note: I fell asleep) and I'm currently here losing my mind over this photo of Natural Born Thrillers that just sums up everything about what WCW Powerplant's ideal vision for humanity was  Dude. What the f***. Even the guy whose gimmick was that he was the smallest in the group looks like the f***ing T-1000. Every single granite-carved boob has light shining off of it in a different direction. The forces of LIGHT do not even know how to deal with the level of mass that's in this room. This is like the fathers of every Gymshark model gathered to discuss which one of them is wider than the most amount of kids stacked side by side. I've been trying to figure out what aesthetic Reno Riggins was going for since the moment I first laid eyes on the dude and I've never been more confident about a description than TRTCore. T levels so high dude has morphed in to the world's first beach exclusive Samurai. There's more grilled chicken in this one room than the entirety of yr local supermarket. I don't think any of them have chewed their food in years they just blend that shit cause FOOD IS FUEL NOT FOOD. To this day I have no damn clue what Reno was going for with his bald-but-for-a-silken-rat tail and compromise between khaki shorts and BDSM pants, but the dude is lodged into my brain more than any of the other Thrillers or any WWE developmental talent from the 2000s aside from Melt Man. The look was horrid, but it’s a look that I’ll never forget. |
