Ok, after a bout with constipation, I've had to realize that Doritos and Potato Chips are just a "sometimes" food. So what are some healthier snacks that are high in fiber? I've already picked up some pears, almonds, dried apricots, and prunes, any other good snack ideas (I'm looking for stuff you can buy in stores, so nothing that's only available via mail order)?

Trail mix is a go to for me.
A banana with peanut butter is good too.

My go-to healthy snacks are celery, baby carrots, jicama, nori, hummus, Greek yogurt, oranges, and strawberries.

Peanuts, pistachios, almonds, cheese sticks, or a quickie tuna salad (can of tuna, spoon of olive oil Mayo, spoon of no sugar relish) are go to’s for me. If I’m craving sweet, a tablespoon of peanut butter.

I know it's not exactly what you're asking, but I would advise to look past snacks and get your whole diet in check. If you're snacking healthy but not eating well otherwise, it probably won't change much
Honestly if you've got the time, it's pretty quick and easy to bake some homemade oatmeal bars that taste pretty good. It takes me 10 minutes of hands-on time to make on the weekend and then I've got them for the entire week
Nuts and trail mix are good options, just watch the calorie content if you're counting those. It adds up fast. Fruit is always great. Experiment with different protein bars, see if you can find ones you like.

Fruit, particularly citrus, bananas and apples.
Easy to get, nothing but good stuff for you. Try and spend a bit more for the organic as they tend to last longer.
Also, it sounds weird but adding a touch of salt to an apple can really bring out a lot of flavor.

Baby carrots are my go to. if you want something that feels like a cheat meal, but is relatively healthy, cereal is a great option. Lucky Charms with milk is under 200 calories. Because it is marketed to kids, all cereals are very regulated and have to have a certain amount of vitamins and can only have so much sugar.

As a diabetic on a low-carb diet, a few raw almonds sort me out. Nice toasted in an air fryer as well. Not too many as nuts are high in fat though. Although the high-fat content does keep the hunger pangs away.

Specifically high in fiber, broccoli, spinach leaves, and the aforementioned oatmeal. Macadamia nuts work for me as well. You can also get Metamucil and just add a spoonful to some water each day.

I have greek yoghurt (2-3 desert spoonfuls) with frozen berries and a spoonful of milled flax seeds for brekkie. That and the huge amounts of broccoli and cauliflower I eat means constipation is never a problem.
If you want to prepare a snack in advance, then a couple of spoonfuls of Chia seeds with roughly 120-150ml of milk is a good one to have. Flavour it with whatever you like (should be sweet enough with the lactose from the milk) I also have this for brekkie with frozen fruit when I've run out of yoghurt.
