We really need laws against making twenty year later movie sequels. Co-signed. 'Dumb and Dumber To' and 'Anchorman 2' came out within a year or each other and both left me terribly disappointed. |

I have the first one on DVD. It's great. I've no interest in a sequel. It'll probably end up lime zoolander 2, recycling 90% of the jokes from the first.

It could work if they follow the angle of the Average Joes no longer being the underdogs that they were in the first film.

First was a product of it's time. Like it's the most mid-2000s movie ever. They'd have to put a lot of effort into this if it's to be any good because "LOL PIRATE" and "LMAO CHUCK NORRIS" jokes aren't going to have the same effect anymore.
Plus I think the days of Vince Vaughn as a loveable everyman character is over.
