Little Britain is only darkly muttered about these days due to some offensive sketches: blackface, yellowface, a handicapped man faking it, a cross dresser being the butt of transphobic humour… Sad stuff but it was the 70s a different time and… no wait the show ran from 2003 to 2006, was massively popular, was a critical as well as a commercial success, had numerous guest appearances from household names and was absent from criticism during its run and only got the “hang on a bit, should we be showing the repeats of this?” epiphany over a decade after it finished. I was always confused how Little Britain and I'm a Celeb had so little backlash. People finally came to their senses with blackface but the animal cruelty for entertainment show is still going strong. Then came Come Fly With Me demonstrating the pair had learned almost exactly nothing since their Little Britain days.

The Drew Carey Show. Huge in its day, yet it rarely gets rerun and due to the licensed music used in there, there's no chance of it streaming or any further dvd releases past season 1. For a short period in the 90s, Drew was like the 2nd biggest star on TV with his show and WLIIA.

How I Met Your Mother, I'm looking in your direction. My God that ending.... Holy f**k!!! I tried going back and watch the series recently. I got to the end of Season 2 and I just lost interest and I think it's because of knowing how it ends and not wanting to waste my time again. I still liked it but I didn't want to watch it all again just to get annoyed by the ending. I think that's a reason that something like Big Bang Theory is still big while HIMYM has fallen off. Big Bang Theory had a satisfying happy ending, so all the seasons before aren't thrown aside. You're willing to watch it again, and spend the time with the characters because the ending was good.

I maybe committing heresy here, but I don’t think Boy Meets World has held up particularly well. The first couple seasons were good, the last couple seasons were good-but in between they’re it easy really repetitive. And I’ll go so far as to say they went o et jars on the young Cory’s introduction to sex. Loved the college years of BMW, but i think its 'wholesome family' sensibilities kinda clashed with the risque late 90's. There was an entire story arch about how it would be wrong for Corey and Topanga to have sex before marriage. I think they later abandoned that and tried to be as edgy as TGIF would let you at the time For a few seasons it seemed like that was the e tire premise, the wait for Cory and topanga to bump uglies. for sure, going through your first love and experiencing your first time are all part of growing up, or meeting the world. But it got repetitive. And while the college years were well written, it felt like they had already run their course-it was no longer boy meets world, they were young adults.

The only thing anyone remembers News Radio for is the tragedy of Phil Hartman. False. I absolutely love this show, legit one of my favorites ever. It's so disgustingly underrated.

By the time the College seasons hit, they Flanderized the daylights out of just about everyone (Late BMW Eric Matthews makes late 'Friends' Joey Tribbiani look downright brilliant) and rendered Corey's parents completely useless

Bingo. It's why I gravitate to rewatching Parks and Rec a zillion times

I don't know if I'd call it classic TV, but Once Upon a Time, for a shower than ran for 7 or 8 seasons has had zero impact on pop culture.
It was there, popular, went away and now never gets mentioned. Nobody mentions it, nobody references it, no memes were made by it. It's just gone and barely remembered.

People only seem to bring up In Living Color when they want to discuss the early years of Jim Carrey. Now granted, Values Dissonance has pretty much affected other stuff like the Bolt 45 commercial, Handi-Man, and Men On Film (though "hated it!" has become a minor meme), but you'd think that it would have had more influence. Speaking of forgotten sketch comedy, Mad TV. I cant believe it lasted into 2009, but you dont see many people talking about it now, except, once again, to discuss the early days of Artie Lange (The other most well-known cast member, Phil LaMarr, is more known as a voice actor now). Nicole Sullivan is pretty well known from early Mad TV... I mean there's also Key and Peele (though they were in later seasons) On Sketch Comedy despite most of the group staying together "The State" on MTV rarely gets brought up... mostly due to all the liscencing issues the show had (hey we're on MTV we have access to all these popular songs... this will never come back to bite us in the ass!) edit: For Mad there was also Debra Wilson I'm fan of The State and the music clearance thing was a major issue with the delay of the DVD set. Craig Wedren & Teddy Shapiro has to record sound alike song for almost the entire series. As for the show I think it suffered from a clash between what MTV wanting a show crated by 11 twenty something's to be and what 11 NYU* film & theater geeks to be. Then the company decided to leave MTV to try to negotiate a network deal** which lead to a one time special in CBS and then various members of the group splitting up for a time. * Technically 10. Michael Showalter went to NYU for a semester but then transferred to Princeton. ** I have a theory based on a conversation on the DVD that they nearly signed with ABC before ABC signed a deal with Dana Carvey.

Almost every single reality show since 2000 from TLC. Although it sucks because I loved Trading Spaces and What Not To Wear and still do, they hardly get mentioned nowadays. The cycle is continuing on because almost 8 years later, you have the same thing with the Multiple Kid Family shows such as Jon & Kate Plus Eight, The Duggar show, Octomom, etc. Nobody remembers those anymore save for one of the Duggars being a pedo. I have a feeling you're going to see this soon with Dr. Pimple Popper and that shows clones soon.

Kate & Allie. Lasted 6 seasons, nominated for Emmys, got solid ratings. Literally nobody talks about it.
I think people talk about Susan St. James' appearance at WrestleMania 2 more than they do Kate & Allie.

My Wife and Kids was always on before or after Smackdown. It seems to be entirely forgotten. Damon Wayans himself seems to have disappeared despite his popularity in the 90’s.
Whether people loved it or hated it, everyone seemed to have an opinion about 13 Reasons Why. Now nobody even seems to remember the controversy over it, let alone the show itself.

Maybe these are on syndication somewhere, but I never hear anything about: Dharma & Greg Suddenly Susan Mad About You Grace Under Fire (the hell happened to Brett Butler?) Just Shoot Me! In 1998-99 the Mrs & I lived in Mississippi, where we got TWO channels. WABG 6 was the ABC affiliate, WXVT 15 was CBS. (There also was a PBS, but it rarely came in without a snowstorm.) So we were an WABG family by default. Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was on 6 nights a week at its peak. We both loved Sabrina The Teen-Aged Witch and Dharma & Greg.

It is on Disney+ in its entirety, but TV? Not really. I was actually reading a Little Mermaid history magazine today, and thought how Joanna Swisher wasn't even a footnote. And I think she made a good Ariel too. I still say with the live action remake craze, OUAT should have been seen as a training ground of sorts for LAR stars. But...I guess it's like how WB shunned CW verse stars. Two different animals.

Drawn Together, 3 seasons and a movie; and I don't think there is a mention of it. In the same vein, Duckman.
