Also I loved that a big part of the match was Roman being an absolutely awful tag partner. Dude literally stood on the floor for like a whole 30 seconds while Solo kept looking at him like UH I GUESS I'LL JUST KEEP DOING MY THING.

My guess is that Roman tries to turn Jey against Jimmy, but instead, he helps his brother and they fight against Roman and Solo. I think it makes more sense at this point for Jey to stay loyal to Roman, and Solo actually turns before Jey does. Since Jey was the first to fall, he can't just turn when he's shown weakness over and over again. He has to stick with Roman in order to validate all the crap that has happened to him since he first fell in line. The only way he can protect himself from feeling stupid when both Sami and Jimmy made it out before he did is to be the one who stays loyal until the end. It also throws a huge wrinkle in Roman's existence. In this run he's had Jey, Jimmy, Solo, and Sami to - Sami was turned by Owens and kicked out - Jimmy just said "No more" and laid out Roman - Jey is now in a state of "Whose side is he on" with Roman who he has shown fealty to and his brother who is standing up for them both. - Solo is the only person Roman had shown any bit of fear of. Once again, Roman has lost all those close to him. Then on Jey's end he took months to accept Sami only for Sami to betray Roman and now Jimmy has done the same. Only Solo is still there and he's a loose cannon that even Roman fears. The world he was bullied into and accepted has fallen apart in months.

Nitpicking but I wish such an important part of the storyline had happened at a Smackdown/Raw or a PPV that isn't one of the Saudi shows that many of the fanbase can't/won't watch.
Credit where it's due to the Saudi fans, they are much more active and loud than they were for the first few Crown Jewel events and that might be because they are getting more than glorified house shows to satisfy the Prince's nostalgia now. Pop would have still been a lot louder elsewhere though.

There's just so much great stuff that I always come back from the filler spells. I can't think of a modern wrestling storyline that's had this many memorable moments. When you list them out it's crazy. You can add tonight's ending to the list and last night too with Jimmy's "I'm the real tribal chief!" line. My big hope was still for Cody to beat Roman at Summerslam but I'm not sure I see a realistic path for that now. The only way to get that match in kayfabe is for Cody to win MITB which I don't see happening if the Brock feud is still going. I'd love though for Brock to disappear for a bit, Cody to win MITB and beat Roman at Summerslam then Brock returns to get his title shot and Roman can go all the way to Wrestlemania with matches v Jimmy/Jey/Solo and maybe finally Rock.

Not the direction I thought they’d be going, with Jimmy and everything, but can’t complain. Story’s gotten good again.

I’d be surprised if Jey sided with Roman over Jimmy since the reason he’s been listening to Roman was to protect Jimmy. I think the tag match happens at MITB and maybe a bloodline triple threat at Summerslam (Jey vs Jimmy vs Roman)

This is one of the best storylines in wrestling history.
I don't want it to be over. Not just yet.

Also when these turns happen at international events (such as Dom's heel turn on Rey) I can't help but think of how awkward the trip back to America is. I suppose in kayfabe they are rich enough to hire their own jets or book an entire first class section for themselves.

This is one of the best storylines in wrestling history. I don't want it to be over. Not just yet. Yes, I agree. FINALLY the Usos have some backbone and it’s not the same ol’ same ol. This is one of the best storylines in YEARS.

They're finally getting comeuppance, which is nice
The Usos finally turned, which is also nice
I don't think it justifies the absolute slog a lot of it was, but they do know how to make really good standout moments with The Bloodline still, despite how bad stuff like Mania Night 2 was
Now hopefully this sticks and we don't see them all reunite and kill another babyface in a month lol

It’s such a good unexpected twist that Jimmy pulled the trigger. Not on accident or whatever. He pulled up and hit Roman between the eyes. I love how Jimmy’s face goes from “holy shit, did I seriously just do that?” to “Damn rights I just did that!” Yeah that second superkick was low-key hilarious. Sumfin like “this is for YOU” *superkick*”

Skipped the main event. It kills me that I have no interest in this story any more after what happened at WrestleMania because I would've popped as hard as anyone for Jimmy turning on Roman but I'm not letting WWE fool me again.

May 27 2022 was the Smackdown when Sami first called himself the Honorary Uce. Jimmy agreed and Jey looked hesitant. Exactly a year later Sami's part of the story appears to be over with him standing tall and succeeding in his goal to make the Usos see sense and ditch Roman. And again Jimmy is the one who was all in while Jey looked worried.

I've enjoyed it since the start and I'm gonna be sad when it ends but the ends is coming fast and it's gonna be nuts.

A nice aspect to all this is that all Roman had to do was not be a sadistic brute against Owens at the Rumble. If he simply defeats him and is done with it, then Zayn likely stays loyal, the Usos don't lose the tag belts, and the Bloodline remains strong.
One act of petty cruelty is slowly leading to his ruin.

I guess Cody can’t beat the whole bloodline so at Mania he will beat just Roman. Which has been done.
