Well, that's probably the end of me regularly following Raw then. Don't have a Netflix subscription and the times I have had one I don't use it enough to justify it.

Merged the thread into this one because, well, I guess that solves where everything’s going.
Absolutely did not see this coming at all, though.

It sure does sound like they're folding the network into Netflix outside of the USA slowly but surely.

Hopefully Raw to Netflix is the first step in tv ratings, demos and quarterlys as a metric to measure someone's enjoyment of a wrestling product to go the way of the f***ing dodo.

I understand going to Netflix as a short time gain but it feels like very harmful long term. I can't imagine most part of the audience following.

It sure does sound like they're folding the network into Netflix outside of the USA slowly but surely. Honestly surprised Comcast didn’t fight harder for it. There’s a scenario where the WWE Network becomes a Sky exclusive considering they also have Peacock bundled in.

Like I said in the other thread, Cobra Kai and WWE crossover when?
The writers of Cobra Kai are at the least old school fans.

Is kind of wild how out of nowhere this is with how for months on end the talk has been all Amazon, ESPN, FX, and TNT.

I want Eleven levitating people on Raw and Hopper doing guest NXT commentary trying to figure out what the f*** he's watching.

Also what that report basically says is that TNT Sports is dropping WWE by the end of the year since it’ll be the end of the 5 year deal they originally signed as BT Sports. So Netflix will be the home of WWE in the UK. Is kind of wild how out of nowhere this is with how for months on end the talk has been all Amazon, ESPN, FX, and TNT. Netflix was mentioned but in sort of the way Paramount Plus and other places were as candidates but nobody was thinking about them. And apparently we should have been thinking about them.
