Honestly, more power to her. Lord knows that AEW needs to wake the hell up on women's wrestling, at least in WWE she'll have a chance to actually develop a persona AND improve on her wrestling; the 5-10 minutes they get in AEW sure as hell is stagnating what was originally promised to be a division on equal footing all the way back when the company was announced in 2019 (I say this as someone who prefers the AEW product, but their treatment of women's wrestling is horrid and the only ones getting any footing already had more experience elsewhere).

I think she'll definitely get a chance to improve her wrestling just by having more reps but she already has the persona and just needs to play into that as opposed to trying to develop something new. Sometimes WWE is able to bring that out of someone (see the transformation Rhea has gone through in that department) while they struggle with others (see the 'Wild Child of the 80s' Toni Storm).

That being said I don't see a bunch of people jumping from AEW to WWE simply because they're Cody's friend, they'll do what's best for them in the end, if friendship factored into signings and not signings, a lot of people would be on different shows tbh.

Rhea's an interesting example of external and internal factors both being significant. She's talked about taking two years of acting classes and I think that's shown in her work now compared to back in NXT, but also important was Vince (temporarily) stepping down as Hunter gave her more freedom to play the character as she wanted. Plus as much as people malign the original version of Judgment Day, I'm sure having Edge to talk to and work with was beneficial from a character perspective.

I hope she's ready for this because while AEW crowds could be harsh, they got nothing on the stronger crowds WWE can draw. Hopefully she improves in WWE as she plateaued long into her TBS Title run.

Fair play to TK for continuing to push Starks even though it’s obvious he is following Jade when his contract is up. Bischoff would have him jobbing to Wrath and Glacier every week.

I don't think it's obvious. Plenty of people have been congratulating Jade and WWE can't just bring in everyone's family and friends. If AEW makes an offer similar to what they gave say Hangman and WWE does not want to match it, it's not clear that we would take lesser money to take a chance in WWE.
