Fair play to TK for continuing to push Starks even though it’s obvious he is following Jade when his contract is up. Bischoff would have him jobbing to Wrath and Glacier every week. I don't think it's obvious. Plenty of people have been congratulating Jade and WWE can't just bring in everyone's family and friends. If AEW makes an offer similar to what they gave say Hangman and WWE does not want to match it, it's not clear that we would take lesser money to take a chance in WWE. It’s definitely a tricky situation but Ricky’s had that aura (dude who could leave) for a whiiile. He’s always felt like the most outstanding performer whose booking has just been up and down, up and down. There’s the Cody connection but who knows how pertinent that is, and god knows how many factors like ihow bad wwe wants him, scheduling, pay yadda yadda. I don’t envy tk cuz the hell else r u supposed to do but try to fully maximize a talent like ricky but knowing it could be a similar situation of handing over a hot talent. |

Jade will probably be just fine in the WWE system if one of her first statements in response to "Why did you go to WWE" is like

If he treats him bad he'll go to WWE, if he treats him well that would be further utilized with WWE given the Cody connection and also given Cody is gonna help push him to the top. His best bet is to treat him as great as possibly can so the idea of him switching over would he laughable. I doubt that will happen though so we will see.

You look at all the buzz for Jade, if they ever got their hands on Britt, I would expect the same, if not more too. Dont think they'll get her for a good while. Ricky, Sammy, Wardlow - all much more likely before her imo - she signed an extension last year, likely bringing her in line with Adam's so they could eventually leave or stay together. |
