Dave in this morning's newsletter said that the tentative plans for Damage CTRL are for them to be feuding with Becky and Lyra this Summer. Cool. Great. Wonderful. Another three months or so of them doing nothing but putting over Becky (who doesn't need it, especially after she drops the title) and Lyra. Gonna take wild swings here. Becky and Dmg Cntrl are gonna interfere in the Lyra Vs IYO match which will cost IYO the match Dmg Cntrl will then cost Lyra the finals and or cost Becky the title at Saudi Dmg Cntrl will lose at Clash Where it goes from there idk I still say that Liv Morgan in Damage CTRL could be fun. |

I still say that Liv Morgan in Damage CTRL could be fun. I am sure she would be but what makes Dmg Cntrl work especially the current iteration is that all the women have a deep history with eachother so Liv would be like Owen Hart in the Nation levels of sticking out like a sore thumb lol. Whilst I agree that she'd stick out like a sore thumb I think that's what could make it fun personally. |

IYO could be having an insane next few months.
She could (and should) win the Queen of the ring
Possibly working MariGold in July and that match might just be the dream match with Utami
And I will wild swing this one IF she works MariGold shows every so often then I think Rossy is strapping atleast the white belt to her and she goes on a tear defending it between WWE and MariGold before dropping it to my prefered person to dethrone her in Mirai.

And it's only going to get worse as they are almost certainly jobbing to Becky, Lyra, and probably Unholy Union for the next several months as well.

Don't worry. Iyo will win that white belt, and Triple H will f*** it up by having her drop it to Becky or Charlotte or something. It's VERY clear that WWE doesn't view Iyo all that highly if she's losing tournament matches to women significantly less over than her. All tonight told me is that Iyo is pretty much permanently a midcarder going forward, and is going to be doing nothing but putting over other women. Because despite her being more over than everyone she's faced so far in this tournament, WWE decided "oh we gonna put Lyra in the finals". And it will probably result in Damage CTRL doing nothing but putting over Becky and whoever she wants pushed to the top. And then Rhea when she returns. I cannot wait for next year, because I sure as f*** hope Iyo doesn't sign a new deal at this point. |
