Billie Eilish, 22 has 2 Oscar nominations and 2 Oscar wins Diane Warren, 67 has dozens of nominations and 0 wins Yeah…but the two head to head wins were for better songs. The first dozen losses aren’t her fault. They gave people who weren’t Roger Deakins Oscars for years and that was far more absurd imo.

Personally, I think Diane should have 2 at this point with Because You Loved Me in 1996 and I Don't Want to Miss a Thing in 1998.

Not a fan of that "Here's like 50 names in an egg of other people who also died" moment, I get they don't want the show to go on fifty years but... woof"

Tina Turner should not have got the last spot there. Glenda Jackson? Possibly, it should have ended on an Actor or Director, not a musician who was in a couple of films.

Tina Turner should not have got the last spot there. Ehh…she was probably the biggest star on there. I get that she isn’t known for acting so that makes it weirder…but she was a total icon.

I’m glad he won because I don’t know if the role and opportunity at Best Actor will come around again and he’s been great for decades.

Cillian Murphy wins Best Actor
Blah. The rest of the show is just going to be everything other than Best Actress going to Oppenheimer.
Was hoping Paul Giamatti would pull the upset.

Well done Tommy Shelby! Is that the first Irishman to win Best Actor(not counting DDL who is English with Irish citizenship)?

And just remember, Cillian had a cameo in Tron Legacy, setting him to be the villain of Tron 3.
Disney really f***ing dropped the ball with how long it took to announce a 3rd Tron.
