They’re probably publicly separated for reasons that can’t be discussed here, but yeah they’ve seemed done ages ago.

When all this came out it was mentioned as like an aside that Vince was separated from Linda and had been for a while.
I can only assume they are divorced in everything but on paper so tehy don't have to go into a fight over money.

Didn't Vince describe Linda as "my wife at the time" in the documentary, and that was filmed what, 3 years ago?
Realistically I imagine there's been 'an understanding' if not an outright split for decades.

Linda was so involved day one with Vince's business even back in the Cape Cod Coliseum days, so any fight to try and divide their stuff up would have to deal with so much, and with the piles of money in question that they can't possibly spend through, may as well just stay separated instead of paying lawyers out the ass for the hassle.

Realistically I imagine there's been 'an understanding' if not an outright split for decades. Someone called BJ Bethal, a journalist, who has been tweeting about things we cant talk about, has indicated the separation has been known to their friends and associates to have been a thing for about 15 years now. That'd date it back to about 2009, which is when she left WWE and tried to join Congress.

How realistic is it that Vince gets either a pardon or the federal government stops investigating?

Having said that, though, those lawyers would have been fed for so many generations, they’d be spending that money into the heat death of the universe.

How realistic is it that Vince gets either a pardon or the federal government stops investigating? He can't have a pardon as he hasn't actually been found guilty of anything as yet. The Justice department could be instructed to drop their element of the case. The civil suit of Ms Grant cannot be stopped by Trump, nor can the outcome be overturned or undone by him.

That and the WWE stock would probably have gone down just on news of a divorce.

He can have a pardon without being found guilty, hell he can have a pardon without being charged. Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon without even an indictment.
