From the affidavit: "Unsurprisingly, others at WWE knew what was going on. But instead of intervening to protect Ms. Grant, WWE actively sought to conceal the wrongdoing." That says it all. Not to sound like a broken record, but yeah, it's not just Vince that should burn for this. In the suit itself, the first few pages already mention 4 undisclosed higher-ups that helped cover. There is absolutely more , to different degrees of culpability

Endeavor would probably release some statement (if they haven't already) saying they can not comment on an ongoing case. Does that apply to civil cases, or only criminal ones? I don't know. But I believe they'll have some way to avoid having to answer questions

- I think Vince is toast, if Weinstein couldn’t buy his way out of a cell I don’t think McMahon can. Especially as this is going to open the floodgates of 40 odd years of stories of abuse.
- I think HHH and Khan probably knew but thought Vince was a skirt chasing weirdo ie they thought he was a Flair-type pervert rather than a Weinstein/Saville tier one. Their outdated way of thinking allowed them to turn a “boys will be boys” blind eye. That is me being very generous to them.
- Rock’s agent is screaming and crying right now and I would be very surprised if he appears at Wrestlemania. Cena too will probably skip it this year.
- I think the Rumble presser/scrum gets canceled. 90% of wrestling journalists would be too scared to say anything, they are terrified of losing their access and treats (fair play to Meltz and co who couldn’t care less about the company and talent liking them). But the big boys are in town now, WWE press events are going to have journos from the networks, NYT, WP, overseas outlets swarming them and after years of being accustomed to softball questions from WWE fanboy journos it’s going to be a shock they really aren’t going to enjoy. A lot of the Mania build press is going to have to be rearranged.

Thanks to Saiyanic Panic and ASYLUMHAUSEN for providing the details to me earlier. How horrifying. And I also agree with Lance Storm.

I don’t really care about business or money, but if I’m a Roman Reigns or Seth, and my face is all over WWE, I’m condemning this loud and clear. All the “hush hush” bull shit, company line stuff can piss off. This degenerate rapist is threatening your money and reputation. I don’t get how you don’t say anything.
Then again I can’t imagine doing anything 1/100 as awful as the stuff I just read, so how people’s brains work just might not link up for me.

Not to sound like a broken record, but yeah, it's not just Vince that should burn for this. That’s a rather blanket claim, that would be common in any lawsuit like this, since it helps allege facts needed to state some of the claims against the company itself.

Roman benefited greatly from Vince loving him and Seth always stood up for WWE. Not that I expect ANY talent to risk their jobs over it. But I would be extra surprised if either of then did.

They likely don't say anything because their lawyers would tell them not to say anything. It would be great if every single talent offered to testify against Vince, but there's no way in hell their lawyers let them.

Remember simpler times when it was just about steroids? Hard to believe the guy that killed on his his wrestlers, scooped him out of the ring, and continued the show would do something like this. Not trying to be a dick or make light of Owen's death. That destroyed me as a kid and still is hard to think about, but he should've went down for that. There's so much this company should've went down for and they continuously come out of the shit smelling like a rose. Enough's enough. For the longest time I defended the decision because I come from a performance background, show must go on, etc. Now though, I don't know how the police didn't just come in and stop it as an active crime scene.

The show must go on itself is one issue Thea main thing is that Vince's decisions and lack of care for his employees directly led to Owen's death.

It's also wild that vince just didn't pay all the agreed nda settlement, not like 2 mill would have put him in the poor house. Bet he wished he payed it now.

I’m going to sound naive here or even stupid but I’m surprised about Brock Lesnar. This is beyond disgusting.

I am not at all shocked the WWE's through 'investigation' didn't involve speaking to the victim, it's the same stunt they pulled when they investigated the abuse allegations at NXT under Bill DeMott. It's a lot easier to clear someone of wrongdoing when you actively avoid doing anything that will lead you to a conclusion you didn't want to come to.

Many heads should roll over this, but sadly it will just be Vince who is shown the door, all the people who knew this was going on and let it happen will just continue like nothing happened and everyone will just forget about this.

I just named them because they’re top guys. They theoretically have the money and power to say something. I don’t expect it. I don’t have that much faith in the world. I just feel like I’d have to being so closely linked to Vince.

I never understood why it was call for wwf to make. The boards in the ring were broken. The PD should’ve closed it down.
