There's a lot of ambiguity here... I'm not comfortable with it, but I could see others who could be. If there's any other reporting let me know. I wasn't invested in this until I started getting push back..

Yeah it's a thing where nobody should have to sit and read the grueling agony of that complaint, but people shouldn't be ride or die for stances taken and try to firmly argue about stuff they haven't read. There's kind of no excuse to talk about details if you don't know the details.

One thing about the whole situation that made my ears perk up was when Vince said Linda found out. As far as I was aware, Vince and Linda have only been married on paper for decades now. I would not be shocked if this is just what Vince tells these girls when he thinks they have become a liability and he needs an excuse to get rid of them. Regardless, I am of the belief he has been behaving like this his whole adult life. You don't just start pulling crap like this in your 70s out of the blue.

It is all there. People just reading a blurb and then hopping in like “I’m gonna drop my balls now listen here everyone here’s the scoop” are not only doing a disservice to themselves but especially her. All you have to do is read it and there’s pretty much no question on any of this as it gets explained, including how the victim would have been led to meet Vince, meet Brock or in the horrific situation itself.

This is not the time to read a headline and throw in an opinion. You don’t have to read all of it, I could hardly sleep last night because I read it. If you want to talk about it though, you really should push through it cause any question you have is deadass answered in it without question.

The be fair the news reports I read left that part of the accusation out. The fact he allegedly pressured her into it in my eyes makes it less ambiguous... The way it was reported in The Wall Street Journal and other places is a little ambiguous.

I’m not going to say people should read the report because it’s really horrible. But I will say if you’re about to make a statement about any specific person or incident, you should at least skim where they’re mentioned so you’re actually kind of informed.

I really do think they did what they could to get rid of him, but the old bastard was just too powerful with his stock to be kept out forever.

Considering that per the report Vince told her that Linda was “his ex” and “long gone” during the first meeting when she was trying to get a job I’d say that it was exactly that. A reason to get her out and to sign an NDA before moving on to the next girl.

Nothing will get TKO to move faster than I'm sure they already are but losing a big sponsor like that helps. To bring a little bit of a less soul crushing minute to the thread, Slim Jims are actually really good and I stand by that. Other types of sticks like that don't have the bite/snap that they do.
