Still think the new Bloodline needs The Rock as leader to legitimise them. Solo as leader won’t have a lot of juice in it if he loses immediately to Cody at Summerslam.
They could maybe do a swerve where Rock looks like he’s joining with Roman to fight this new Bloodline only to attack him. But the new Bloodline needs that star power to put it over the top for me.

Solo had a good promo but no way in hell is he ready for a wwe title shot at the second biggest PPV of the year I get he’s not a big workrate guy, but the angle is over for its intended purposes, so I get them going with it. I mean, he’s no less green than Wade Barrett was in 2010, and people were advocating for him to WIN the f***in thing.

He's also no less green than Roman was in 2012 when The Shield debuted, and like Reigns, Solo has two dudes well seasoned in other promotions alongside him.

I'm not a Solo fan, but from a storyline perspective, this is a fairly logical way to go with him. They spent 2 years building him up. Ultimately I do think this story makes the most sense if it's revealed that Rock was calling the shots from the background the entire time, which would then lead to Rock/Roman at Mania which is what they wanted all along.

All they gotta do is have the new Bloodline destroy Cody, make him bleed and then build on that for weeks until Summerslam. Also give it a stipulation and make it look like Cody might lose. Sure, Roman can return at Summerslam and set up Cody's win but prior to that you gotta build Solo up and tonight will do it justice.
It'll be good enough for his first title shot.

Shock of shock we could blame Rock for both scenarios.

This whole thing reminds me of that episode of The Rugrats where Angelica was the typical bully of the babies, but then they met that one kid at the park, thwarting Angelica at the expense of slowly going from friendly babyface to tyrannical heel alpha bully, prompting Angelica to return as a babyface and "defend" the babies in the end, and even though it was for selfish reasons, the babies parade her around as a hero for saving them. Angelica is Roman, the bully boy is Solo.

Boo solo sux bro. I’m being slightly hyperbolic but man he just doesn’t feel at the level they’re presenting him in. Whatever.
Jacob Fatu is, holey moley, a f***ing star though. Damn.

Cody/Solo in Cleveland should be a lock now.
Ending was predictable because that's what you needed to set up.

Once it clicks in his whirling tornado of a head of like “…Wait, why am I following YOU?”, that’s another story you can tell.

Isn’t filling the shoes he’s being given But since Jacob came in, boom. Shits interesting. He’s phenomenal in the ring and having no prior exposure to him, guy is madly charismatic. He’s the guy they’ve wanted solo to be. 100% no doubt
