Back on Rampage commentary.
At least that was a guilty pleasure for me and a few others here.
One thing I will give praise to Jericho for is being off Twitter within the last two months.

I wouldn't mind him as a manager and as a return to the SRS Jericho character, personally.

Someone on here suggested he lose a hair vs. hair match and that has me picturing him doing an evolved version of the SRS character. I'd be curious to see what he'd do with it nowadays and with more creative freedom, hopefully more like the 2008 incarnation than the later SRS Jericho where he was just "guy that talks slow and boring and uses big words" while most other heels got booked to that archetype.

Monday night war veteran. Celebrating that time, but all the bad bits. Bring back the attitude era youtube comment energy with hint of ripping off Cardona's ecw original schtick. Parodying how for years wwe would rather keep going back to that nostalgia than move to something new and tna would worship anyone from that time. If the Hardyz are sticking around maybe their best use would be his goons. They could try to recruit the other remaining guys from that time. Lots of opportunities for cameos but more the gangrels than any big names. Promos to upcoming stars saying yeah you're good but could you did it against The Blue Meanie? This could have some legs under it. Just a bunch of arrogant acting veterans from the Attitude Era bringing out the worst in each other (on purpose). Go full bore with it without any self-awareness of how silly it is (your Blue Meanie promo reference is a great example), and they could have something. But at the end of the day the rising rent prices, and the unchecked capitalist hellscape in general, have me more concerned.

A man goes to a doctor. He tells the doctor, "I'm depressed. I'm a long time wrestling fan and I love where the business is headed. Especially AEW, they have these guys like Takashita and Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia who are the future of the business, but they haven't progressed in a year. I'm losing faith in wrestling, what can I do?"
The doctor looks at the man whistfully, but knows exactly what to do. "My man, don't you know it's Saturday? Collision is in town, and that's the show where the younger talent can put on a show! I'll have my assistant call up and get 2 tickets for you."
The man looks up at the doctor, tears in his eyes and says, "But doctor, I downloaded a Fozzy album on Limewire."
It's me. I'm the man.

They should do an angle where he gets suspended indefinitely so he ends up being a Manager/Guru to a young team (Action Andretti and Top Flight?) who are openly unenthusiastic to have him around until he helps them move up the Trios ranks and win the belts

He probably should have called it a day as a full time talent after his run as The Ocho. His ring work was still excellent at the time but he has absolutely fallen off a cliff since 2022 in ring and he just smothers the momentum of any young guy he works with.Probably needs to take a good year off away to make the heart grow fonder Andretti screwed himself for not unable to cut a promo
Ricky wanted to be Codys lapdog
The Callis family stuff is on TK for trusting Ibushi to be the main program until realizing he couldnt stay healthy and being unable to pivot.
I would mind him a whole lot less if his programs weren't so goddamned long. His feuds don't need to be 6 months long.
Someone like Hook would need it because he cant go to fight for the TNT, C2 or International without having the opponent carry him

I'm cool with Jericho working with Hook. Hook will get the experience with working with a Hall of Famer. And most likely, Hook will get a victory over Jericho which will be a huge feather in Hook's cap and make him even more of a star.

I know there was some sort of plan with him and Kenny tagging, but obviously that is out of the cards
he should be used to elevate guys like say Hook, Big Bill, Ricky Starks, or Dark Order who have floundered since Hangman's title win
also
I WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD A FOZZY ALBUM!!!

I'd be fine with Jericho on commentary. I didn't like him when he first started doing Rampage because he was far too much and too loud, but he did find his groove and tone it down.
As someone else said, he'd be good in a stable if he took the Flair in Evolution role. The problem with the JAS was that they took the name literally and everything revolved around Jericho. A Jericho stable where he isn't the main focus, wrestles rarely, and helps to talk for/hype up the other wrestlers would work.

Offer him a job backstage, if he don’t want that cut him loose and let him stink up the joint in wwe.

Human statue gimmick who stands around in the background of backstage segments, saying and doing nothing, but building intrigue until his contract runs out, at which point the storyline is dropped.

After a good five years (minimum) of acting lessons and TK feels it's time to debut the evil 'Mr. Khan' authority figure then I want Jericho and Danielson to be the new Stooges. Until then I like the idea of a "Bring back the attitude era!" stable that someone had. Perhaps if/when Copeland goes heel and E&C reunite he'd be a good 3rd member.

I'd book Jericho the same way Lucha Underground booked Chavo Jr. - a legitimate superstar whose day has passed but he refuses to accept it. Since he hasn't got enough left in the tank to simply go out there and make himself the top guy by beating everyone who's good, he lurks in the shadows waiting for a chance to weasel his way into a good spot and attaches himself to anyone who he thinks he can make use of. From an OOC perspective, start prepping him for a backstage role while keeping him around as a utility player who can work with main eventers who aren't currently in the title hunt, be plugged into spots in angles and feuds when someone else gets injured, and just generally be a high upper midcard/low main eventer. And when he's ready to fully transition away from the ring, have the guy he's currently manipulating piledrive him on the ramp or something and he's never seen again.

Jericho targeting the mask against Titan makes me think that they're building to a mask vs hair match at Dynasty.

ThIs might be a hot take but I think Jericho is good more often than bad. Thing is, when he's good he can range from ok to amazing, but when he's bad he STINKS HARD, so it really sours people's impressions.
I do think he needs some time off to refresh his character. However if he can help Hook continue to grow, I'll take it.

I miss the one-dollar potato burritos at Taco Bell. I miss the 79-cent "jacked up BRC (beans, rice, hot pepper cheese) burritos" at Del Taco too. Bring them back Jericho and make my fat-ass happy. I really miss when taco bell had the 79 89 and 99 cent menus... they were fantastic.

Honestly? Slot him into the Sting role that's just opened up. He doesn't need to be on tv every week or even every other week. Pair him with a young wrestler (not Sammy, Sammy go away) and have him team up in wild tags on big shows, maybe the odd big singles match a few times a year. Sting did what, almost 30 matches in 3 years? That seems the perfect amount for Jericho at this stage in his career.
