Unless Raw on Netflix moves to another day, I think moving any AEW show there would be a big mistake. And even if Raw moved days, I'd still be hesitant to move a show to Monday. Even with WWE's product being as hot as it is the last couple of years, Raw did record low numbers when it went directly against Monday Night Football this past season. And AEW doesn't have nearly the cultural cache WWE has. Football is the true king of Monday night TV. I think the only way Collision moves nights is if Smackdown leaves Fridays, which could happen moving off of FOX, but is no guarantee.

Moving Collision to Monday nights would be a terrible idea because all the attention and viewing will be mostly on Raw regardless if it’s on Netflix now, basically Collision I feel, will be a laughing stock if its on the same night as Raw. One of the things I sort of wanted to know from people from the US is how internet connectivity is like outside the major cities. One of the things that makes it difficult for streaming services to grow audiences is the fact that same audience can’t access things online the same way people from, say, New York, LA etc can. It’s why WWE still sign PPV deals with companies, which may not be as substantial as they once were but they’re an audience that very much still exists. Even in a rural area like mine there is now decent enough internet to stream. And now Fiber internet is spreading fairly fast. Sure there is some older fans that will refuse to switch over when RAW moves to Netflix. But if an area as backwoods as where I live has had decent enough net to stream since 2012 I doubt there is many places in the US that won't have access by say late this year. Plus so many fans are creatures of habit. I know of a pile that haven't really enjoyed WWE in years but every Monday they watch Raw. TLDR Internet outside major cities is either about to be fast enough for streaming or has been for a bit. And to explain how rural my area is. Pretty much cell signal is spotty all over out here. It is 15 to 18 minute drive to the nearest town. And if you have a fire better hope your neighbors come help cause fire truck will be there in 10 to 15 minutes.

Just remember hearing that was an issue with streaming for years now but good to know it’s being resolved somewhat.

I wonder if there's a world where AEW Dynamite/Rampage going back-to-back is experimenting for the purposes of doing a 3 hour Dynamite/Rampage block on Wednesday nights.
If they're going to get the Max deal, then you could do Dynamite/Rampage live on Wednesday night and then follow up stories/have other talent involved in Collision streaming live on MAX every Thursday. Maybe it wouldn't make sense in terms of the travel schedule, but it doesn't feel like they have many options.

Just remember hearing that was an issue with streaming for years now but good to know it’s being resolved somewhat. Mississippi is usually one of the last states to adapt to new tech. Like where I moved to in 2007 was dial up only internet until may of 2012. So the rural broadband plan rolled out 2 presidents ago is finally be started down this way. Now sure there is still areas where for internet it is Celluar Hotspot at a high price for almost no data or dial up. But those places are over the course of the next 8 months getting Fiber net. For example the owner of Pro Wrestling EGO,the fed around Jackson that booked Jim Sterling as Sterdust, where the owner lived there was no internet but dial up. So to upload footage he would drive into town and sit at Walmart or Mcdonalds parking lot for hours. Fiber hit his area 2 months ago and now he can upload anything fast. The major issue ,and this still happens in Major cities in the US,is data caps. Got a buddy that lives right on the outskirts of Cleveland Ohio. Only internet in his area has a data cap. And if you go over they charge you by the gig. What I got right now is 1.5 terabytes a month for 80 bucks. And my upload and download speeds aren't super fast. Like the matches I film. I shoot in 720p. A 10 minute match will take 30 to 50 minutes to upload. Go 2 miles down the road and buddy has fiber. Same 10 minute match takes less than 30 seconds to upload.

I certainly hope not, 3 hours is too damn long for a regular weekly show. I stopped watching Raw on a Regular basis when they went to 3 hours

If it moves nights do we get a new theme song?
Monday: Maniac Monday Friday: Friday I'm in Love or Friday by Rebecca Black (this would be my choice)
