I’m chuckling to myself thinking of the wrestlers & tv audience trying to work out what the crowd chants are 🤣 Dom's getting called the C word. His Mami is from Australia, he's probably been called that for over a year now.

Drew is definitely going to be champion here I imagine. Whether he walks in as champion or leaves as champion, this is Drew's show. After that previous CatC where dude was singing, like this can make up for it somehow.
It's weird man. Today's current era WWE is actually able to make up for previous failures.

I forget who threw it out but someone threw out the idea of Drew winning at Mania, Priest cashing in on him, then Drew winning it back on this show. Think that'd be a great way to do it - Drew gets comeuppance in the moment for what an asshole he's being then gets a real title reign in a way that both makes up for the Roman loss to some extent and gives him a big conquering face moment without actually having to derail the heel run he's on.

I don't see the point in doing PLEs in small arenas overseas. It isn't worth the time, money, or hassle. They should do big stadiums shows or stay home when it comes to big events overseas. They can always do a regular tour at some point. They get paid to bring the shows overseas typically. Plus they will raise prices higher than if it was a stadium to make the gate number near the same.

R-Truth is gonna get confused and go to White Castle. He'll end up at Vader's White Castle of Fear.

The Scotland v Germany match taking place at the same time as the go-home Smackdown is going to make Friday night in town awkward. Probably best for wrestling fans to drink and eat inside the venue as the pubs are going to be bedlam.

Shouldn't they have changed the name of the show?
ThistleMania?
Roond Yer Hoose?
Worlds: The Clyde?

So it is nowhere near a castle? There are castles in Glasgow so it's not really like completely divorced. Don't think there are any in close proximity to the arena but I can at least understand why they'd reuse the branding.

That is like having 2011's Capitol Punishment in Washington DC and having 2012's (if there was a second one) in somewhere like Baltimore.

No, it's like having Capitol Punishment in Ottawa after having it in DC. They still have castles very close by.

Haggs is more of a house and Crookston is outside the city limits and a small ruin. Cathcart Castle was the last major one and it got demolished forty years ago. Btw ticket prices. Cheapest are 175-400 pounds. (Roughly 220-510 dollars). So pretty much everyone who lives around the arena or in most of actual Glasgow is priced out of the show.

Anyone travelling a reasonable distance from within the UK is pretty much priced out too. The economy here in the UK is in the f***ing pits.

From the timing to the arena to the pricing it's practically passive aggressive.
