We never saw Wilson’s face but there was a time when we saw him with his whole body with his face having shaving cream on it. We never saw his whole face. Parts of the face, yes but not the whole face. There was the season six episode with the Beach Boys episode in a blink and you'll miss it. But my pick is Mrs Columbo There was the spinoff, but basically no one would count that, especially since it's explicitly NOT canonical. Shame, Kate Mulgrew would have been a good enough lead for a mystery show in-general, but the project was doomed from the start because having Columbo's wife divorce him was just not what virtually anyone wanted to see.

Royle Family had loads who were mentioned in conversation but never showed up.
Beverly Macker, Black Roy and his White Wife, Duckers, Sandra Beswick, Elsie (rest in peace) the Beswick Brothers who beat up Anthony, Cockney Bob and Cockney Carol,

The Neighbour from Home Improvement. We never saw Wilson’s face but there was a time when we saw him with his whole body with his face having shaving cream on it. We never saw his whole face. Parts of the face, yes but not the whole face. I think in the finale they briefly showed his face, after they took down the fence for the wedding.

The first few seasons of Veep I don't the think the President Stuart Hughes was ever seen. It’s the same in The Thick of It. You never see any of The Prime Ministers. Which considering of course Veep is by the same people who previously created The Thick of It, there’s many similar tropes. I often think if The Thick of It had had as many episodes as Veep, we might have seen one of the characters actually become PM like we did with Selina getting the big job.

Skunky Beaumont? I remember him being mentioned in several episodes but never seen. Speaking of Doug, we never saw Principal Buttsavage. They DO show him in Disney's Doug, but never did show him in Nickelodeon's run. And that was intentional; in the episode where Doug gets framed for stealing Mr. Bone's yodeling trophy, Doug walks past the guidance counselor's office that Skunky is apparently in and says "Hey, Skunky" and Skunky responds, but the perspective completely obscures any way of seeing what he looks like. What's this Disney Doug you speak of? Never happened IMO ;-)

From what I understand Peter Falk was open to making an appearance on it until he found out how young Kate Mulgrew was at the time. Based on all the random information he dropped about his wife and their marriage on the original show, it would've meant they had gotten married when she was like eight and he noped on out of there.

There was an interview with him I saw years ago and he looks pretty much what you imagine he looked like.

Did we ever see Charlie, of having Angel detectives fame? Or Inspector Gadget's nemesis, Dr. Claw? (I know there was in action figure with his face, but was that canon? Nope. There was the live action movies, but like Disney's Doug, I've UnPersoned those too ;-) We never saw Horde Prime's face or body proper on She-Ra, did we? We have yet to see Mrs. Aronkonder, Jay's mom, on Ghosts, despite her being mentioned a few times. Yes, I had to mention that show at least once, as per my contract ;-) ;-) Do we know if Sam's dad is still a living? Oh! Another Britcom example... Sheridan from Keeping Up Appearances, we only hear of him when he calls his mom Hyacinth. (Serge from Ab Fab was like that till one of the later special episodes...the one I was in NYC for the taping of, AND where I met Joanna Lumley!) Emma Peel's husband is only seen from a distance (and suspiciously looks like Steed) on her final episode in The Avengers (UK). Mr. Shotz on Laverne and Shirley...though technically we see a giant portrait of him, where his announcements originate from. Game show example... "Judge Von Erik" from Play the Percentages. I want to say that Geoff Edwards did ask him to be shown on camera once. Have we ever seen the "Almighty Sound Effects Lady" as referenced when Price is Right plays One Away? Dr. Reason S. Goodwin on the original Password? I'm pretty sure we saw Earl, of the Super Match board fame, on Match Game a few times. So never mind that. Now I'm going to cheat and name some "faceless ones." We see them on camera, yet never saw their features revealed... Nanny from the Muppet Babies, of course. Orko. Any incarnation. One of the animation books reveal what he would have looked like...it was underwhelming. Shadow Weaver too?? We never got a clear look at animated Cobra Commander's most "natural" look, have we? All the others were the result of some kind of transformation. Has Leatherface/Bubba ever been unmasked?

For some reason, I was always under the impression he was elderly, but he was in his 50s for the show, outside of the first season where he'd have been like 49.

How many other people from the Gizmonic Institute did we actually see on (original) MST3K besides Joel and the Mads?
We never saw Morgul the Friendly Drelb on Laugh-In, IIRC. (Yes I know, it was a joke...)
DEEEEEEEEEP CUTS time...
The Gran Pupu...the deity that Odalys Garcia's character on the first few seasons of Lente Loco answered to.
A faceless Spanish example...we never saw what El Chacal de la Trompeta looked like under the hood on Sabado Gigante, did we?

Balki's mom on Perfect Strangers until Season 7 when Bronson Pinchot decided to play her in drag.
Those last two seasons were absolutely brutal.

"Madre"? It was the host's mother, but you only heard her voice come through an ugly speaker on the set.

They also never showed Cambot at any point on the show beyond the opening credits, but then they couldn't exactly do it without some kind of contrived reason either.

He was a lawyer in an episode of Law & Order. Takes a while to match his voice to a face you never see and now can suddenly see.
