Ric, did you really want to be interviewed by the guys who made your Plane Ride from Hell debacle known to the public eye and almost blackballed you completely? Unfortunately it didn't stick lol

Weird that Flair would say he "made everyone there for 20 years" when outside of Sting I can't think of a single big player for WCW during the Monday Night Wars (which is what this special plays into) that you could consider Flair "made".
Lex Luger only became champion in Flair's absence, this one is especially egregious because there were many chances to do so. DDP had one random Nitro match with Flair before his elevation that I would credit more to Guerrero, Savage and Hennig. The Giant was 'made' by Hulk Hogan. Both Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage were household names before either faced off against Flair. Roddy Piper made himself since his hype was everything other than his matches. With Kevin Nash, they almost wrestled each other exclusively in tag matches, at a time when it was WCW vs. nWo, so you can't put any credit exclusively on one person. The same can be said for Scott Hall, although they did have a good short match on Nitro, albeit Flair wins by DQ and Hall was already super over. Despite serious overlap for many years, Booker T only wrestled Flair in a small handful random tag matches. Goldberg already won and lost the WCW title before wrestling Flair, and most of his ascension came at a time when Flair was entirely absent from the company. With Sid, his association with the Horseman hindered him more than it helped him, and he got over in WWF before he and Flair faced off in 1993...and let's be honest, Flair is responsible more for Sid's shortcomings than his success due to the scissors incident, not to take responsibility away from Sid and Arn, but Flair's politicking was evident. I guess you could make the case for Bret Hart, but that happened in WWF, and despite being his first WCW opponent, I wouldn't say it really helped Bret's WCW run, although I don't blame either guy for that. With Jeff Jarrett, again it's random Nitro matches...but he was associated with Flair through the Horseman, albeit no one took this seriously despite WCW pushing Jarrett HARD with the US title. With Scott Steiner, he got over in SPITE of Flair, not through any assistance.
So maybe undercard guys? I guess it goes without saying that Arn Anderson is inseparable from Flair or the Horsemen at any point in WCW. The case could be made for Benoit and Guerrero, although I think both had more prominent success with other talent. The same could probably be said for Curt Hennig, although I'll give Flair some credit. Raven and Flair never wrestled each other. Saturn got over during his never ending feud with Raven. Jericho, Juvi, Ultimo Dragon, Malenko and Mysterio were in their own division for the majority of their success. Buff Bagwell mostly wrestled Flair in tag matches, although they had a pretty good random singles match on Nitro before Bagwell became 'Buff'. Vampiro gets a random Thunder match. Kidman gets a random Thunder match. Disco Inferno gets a random Thunder match. Brian Pillman definitely benefited from being a Horseman, but he has a super short run before jumping ship. Finlay had his big TV title run while Flair was out. Syxx and Flair had some great matches, but Syxx was made through his association with the Outsiders. No one is going to argue that Terry Funk was made by Flair. Kanyon and Flair wrestled random tag matches. I will certainly give him Steve McMichael, who certainly did get a rub through his association with Flair. Bam Bam Bigelow didn't face Flair in WCW. Konnan faced Flair in mostly tag matches, although they faced off at Bash at the Beach '96 with Konnan losing the US title. Lance Storm never faced Flair in WCW. Despite overlapping for many years, Rick Steiner only has one match with Flair during the Monday Night Wars and that was a tag match in 1999. Regal faced Flair once prior to Nitro debuting. Vince Russo was put over by Flair...but fun fact...Vince Russo never lost a match in WCW. Bischoff...the less said about this, the better. I guess I'll give him David Flair since he did "make him".
So in summary...how many guys did Ric Flair "make" or at least in part have a hand in making?
Sting - that goes without saying, but his apex was when he became 'Crow' Bret Hart - not that Hart couldn't otherwise get it elsewhere Jeff Jarrett - Horsemen association, despite the fans not caring Arn Anderson - obviously Chris Benoit - Horsemen association got him over a lot Eddie Guerrero - credible matches early in Eddie's WCW career Curt Hennig - while already big, having been given a Horsemen opportunity helps Brian Pillman - not his peak, but nonetheless big Steve McMichael - Horsemen association Vince Russo - sadly David Flair - figuratively and literally
