Pac-Man on a tabletop cabinet at a pizza place. I must’ve been about 3.

That I owned myself? Something I typed from a magazine into my ZX81.
That I actually bought - Subspace Striker again for the ZX81.
Before that a friend of mine had a console that pretty much just played Pong and some strange gridiron game, could not remember what it was though.
Or I had another friend whose Dad would periodically hire a Commodore PET computer, some sort of convoy game.

Super Mario Bros. and Duck Hunt. Completely unrelated: the image in your signature reminds me of the Mahna Mahna guy...

Either Tetris or Star Trek: The Next Generation for the original Game Boy.

Had to be either Super Mario Bros. or Duck Hunt My dad built my aunt a shed, and was paid in part with an NES set with Mario/Duck Hunt. I must have been 3 or 4 (born in 86), so I don't actually remember it I was also born in 86, and for my 4th birthday my Dad bought a Nintendo for himself and called it my birthday present haha. It was definitely SMB or Duck Hunt I played first but I honestly don't remember which one it actually was.

This is going to sound like a joke reply but it is 100% the truth...my parents bought me an Atari 2600 when I was 6. They had two games for me....Defender and E.T. I wasn't familiar with Defender at the time but I knew who E.T. was. So the first video game I ever played was E.T.: The Extraterrestrial. It's a miracle that I still love video games 40+ years later.

I'm not sure if its the first game I ever played but, the first game I remember playing and beating was Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins for the Game Boy.
