Klay could play the older Ray Allen role pretty well, I would think.

The deal's really not as bad as I thought it'd be, so there's that at least. I'm actually... not pissed?!?

Happy with the Sixers moves so far
Got Maxey locked up
Paul George
Drummond and Gordon for depth
Resigned Oubre who was our best depth guy last season and earned every bit of it
They still need to do more but so far I'm not really sad about losing Harris and Batum and likely Reed, just keep adding to the depth, get solid depth behind these guys, wouldn't be opposed to Lowry coming back either.

Looks like the Magic's plan for the offseason is to add KCP and then just bring back everyone else. I get we made a step forward by making the playoffs last season but we still had a bottom third defense and we needed more than that to get our offense where it needs to be. I don't think it's two much to ask our front office to improve our offense but the last time we weren't in the bottom third of the league was the 2011-2012 season. I'm so sick of how risk adverse our front office is and it's looking more and more like we wasted both our draft picks in last years draft as the moves we've made have left Anthony Black behind Suggs and Cole Anthony and Jett Howard behind KCP and Gary Harris. Some might suggest those two might get time ahead of the backups but judging by Coach Mosley's tendencies last year I'd be surprised. I'm really frustrated because I see so much potential in the core of this team but our Front Office seems to value consistency instead of being aggressive and making the moves to maximize that potential.

Way to kiss a dudes ass on his way out the door Golden State. And I get that his number was always gonna get retired hell him Steph and Draymond probably all get statues or some shit but have some dignity wait till the man retires. No reason to blow this man this hard. But that's just me and before anyone asks yes I'd say this to any team with any star, if the Yankees had let Jeter walk in FA I wouldn't want them to immediately go and retire 2 while he still played on a different team

Mitchell is staying in Cleveland. 3yr, $150 mill with a player option for the 27-28 season.
Folks were so certain about him being gone too.

Once Mikal Bridges landed in New York, it severely limited Donovan Mitchell's options for an exit plan out of Cleveland, so why not stick around and try to build up the Cavaliers as a contender? They've already got great young pieces in Evan Mobley and Darius Garland and could be primed to make a run in the Central Division if the Bucks start to age out.

Counter argument Tom Brady and the Pats. Brady is the GOAT of his sport he won 6 superbowls with the Patriots and yet still they waited until Tom retired before slobing his knob and giving him his flowers and due. If LeBron James savior of Cleveland, Ohio's own etc etc didn't get his jersey retired when he left for LA then there should be no world where Klay gets its
