There’s our first big offseason trade.
Also, the Lakers are such an unserious franchise.

That makes a lot of sense. Giddey was getting squeezed out of relevance in OKC. He needed the ball, but so did SGA, Jalen, Chet. He's not a very good spot-up shooter. He doesn't work great off-ball. He isn't very good defensively. Caruso does all of that well. Great shooter, great defender, can be effective without the ball in his hands. The rub is that he's always banged up. Potentially good move for OKC. Great role player, the defense they need to take the next step. For Chicago its great to get probably their best passer, and someone who is more likely to play 70-80 games.

76ers have also apparently lost interest in PG Good, I can't stress this enough, this team needs DEPTH, like an actual bench, I'd rather get 5ish good players then a 35 year old star on a Max, like genuinely Tobias Harris' albatross ruined this team for five years, they need to use this money wisely and on actual playmakers, wings, forwards, a legit backup center/insurance policy for Joel, would Paul have been good? Yeah, but he just does the exact same thing this team has already tried and failed with when it came to Harden... this really feels like their last chance, they gotta nail it.

Yea as a 1-1 trade I don't mind the move Giddy (Diddler) still has potential but he hit a wall in OKC. Caruso is perfect role player for OKC and him and Dort are going to mesh well along with another year of Holmgren improving

Lakers are a Bronny draft pick away of super clown shoes
The word is they plan to draft him at 55 if Phoenix doesn't take him in the 2nd round
It will be interesting to see cause Rich Paul has sworn up and down that Bronny WILL NOT sign a 2 way deal. Anything picked after 40 has been a 2 way deal since it started

Anything picked after 40 has been a 2 way deal since it started Given the likelihood of a 2nd round pick making the NBA and being even a low level rotation player if you got say the 40-51st pick, seems like drafting Bronny and forcing the hand of the Lakers or Suns to trade for the pick seems like a better option unless you got one of the best scoutign depts in the NBA who think their is a steal left in the draft.

Teams are afraid of Bron and even then, they probably don't want to waste the pick because Bronny camp keeps saying they not signing a 2 way deal It wouldn't be worth the headache

I'd watch out for Toronto at 31. It's the first pick of the newly made second televised night. Teams will have 24 hours to talk more or less.
With the 1st pick in the 2nd round, I'm sure the Raptors could tag that with Brown and get something that will help their rebuild back.

I really have the sense Toronto is up to something indeed. They always seem to jump of the draft board and take a player that is either way to high or someone you never heard of.
2004 - Rafael Araujo 2005 - Charlie Villanueva 2006 - Andrea Bargnani 2014 - Bruno Caboclo 2016 - Pascal Siakam

Sixers reportedly aren't pursuing LaVine either
Lonzo Ball will also reportedly be bought out by the Bulls and become a free agent, no clue what his health is even gonna let him do this year.

Several years ago, I decided to have a little fun and rank the first 20 champions of the 21st century. We're now at 25 champions since the turn of the century, so why not update the list and see if this creates a little controversy during the off-season doldrums?
25. 2013-14 Spurs
24. 2005-06 Heat
23. 2019-20 Lakers
22. 2002-03 Spurs
21. 2018-19 Raptors
20. 2010-11 Mavericks
19. 2014-15 Warriors
18. 2021-22 Warriors
17. 2022-23 Nuggets
16. 2006-07 Spurs
15. 2008-09 Lakers
14. 2009-10 Lakers
13. 2003-04 Pistons
12. 2020-21 Bucks
11. 2001-02 Lakers
10. 2015-16 Cavaliers
9. 2011-12 Heat
8. 2007-08 Celtics
7. 2004-05 Spurs
6. 2012-13 Heat
5. 1999-2000 Lakers
4. 2023-24 Celtics
3. 2017-18 Warriors
2. 2000-01 Lakers
1. 2016-17 Warriors
