See I like a lot the henchmen so it's a tough choice for me.
I like Tee Hee & Baron Samedi from Live and Let Die, Nick Nack from the Man with the Golden Gun, Jaws from The Spy Who Loved Me & Moonraker, May Day from A View to a Kill, Necros from The Living Daylights, Dario from License to Kill & Xenia Onatopp from Goldeneye.

jenzie, I don't know. That was actually the first Bond film I ever saw, while I was working at a Blockbuster I put it in...and that's how the addiction began. Diamonds are Forever was all about the duality I guess, huh? I never really thought about that, but I suppose that theme played A LOT into that movie.

Baron Samedi purely for his parting shot at the end of Live and Let Die with him sitting on the Train doing his Laugh.
