For me, the most painful to watch at the minute is RVD - he just isn't the same to watch anymore. WHere I would go out of my way to watch an old ECW match with him in, I find myself skipping through any of his output in the last 2 years. Again, I know it's injuries, plus the crap he has to work with, but am I the only one who longs for the days of his matches against Jerry Lynn again? It's still my favourite sell of all time, the 3 foot bounce off his head on the canvas. **Sigh** I'm sure that he's had a fair amount of wear and tear from his years in the rign, but aside from the broken leg/ankle that cost him the ECW TV Title way back when, I didn't think RVD had any significant injuries. I've always been impressed by RVD's durability (which is probably a result of his stretching and match preparation). When WWE had a run a few years ago when all it's major players seemed to be injured, I couldn't believe that they didn't push RVD more. I just think RVD hasn't been particularly motivated for most of his WWE run. He saw the glass ceiling and wondered, "Eh, why should I bother?"

"The Technician" Tom Carter aka Reckless Youth...When I was growing up this man was the most touted independent star in every magazine (im 22)...then the injury occured and he never accomplished what he was destined to achieve. I wondered whatever happened to him. He was that generation's CM Punk. And by that I mean...before I even saw him I was sick of him because I heard his name too goddamn much. You're right on about the magazines.
