What's your favorite feud or storyline that started in a Royal Rumble match?
I'm trying to think of something besides HBK vs. Angle that really stood out, but I'm struggling.
As an added bonus, feel free to share what you think was the worst feud to have started in a Royal Rumble match.
My pick for that one: Taker vs. Gonzalez
One last bonus: what feud would you like to see kick off during this weekend's Rumble match?
My pick for that one: Punk vs. Benoit please

Goldberg and Lesnar.
Had potential, but we know what happened there.

Kurt Angle and Shawn Michaels is the only one that I can think of.
EDIT: Maybe Maven and Undertaker

While I try to figure out which was best, I'll say for now that one of the worst was probably Roddy Piper and Bad News Brown.

Goldberg and Lesnar. Had potential, but we know what happened there. Actually, the storyline was pretty good. The problems became apparent as soon as that opening bell was rung in Madison Square Garden.

JERICHO VS. SHAWN MICHAELS

JERICHO VS. SHAWN MICHAELS That actually began a few weeks prior, in regards to the whole deal about who's number 1 and 2, and such. And depending on how you look at it, Hogan/Warrior and Hogan/Savage also began in the Rumbles, at least from a physical altercation standpoint. Theoretically, Hogan/Savage began at Wrestlemania IV.

The problems became apparent as soon as that opening bell was rung in Madison Square Garden. I thought the match was really good. It was just the jerk people in the arena that made it look like crap since they knew Lesner was leaving and that was Goldbergs last match. Anyways, that was a good storyline setup and the HBK/Angle storyline rocked. I dunno if the Hart/Austin feud began at the rumble (I missed 2 years thanks to the end of Superstars and Wrestling Challenge), but that was a good one. Edit: As for a feud that would be cool to see, Punk/Benoit, Shelton, or Helms. Also, if you go to the royal rumble page and click the Great Khali's name, it'll take you to the Rock's page.

Didn't the feud between Hogan and Sid start at the Rumble when Hogan pulled Sid out after he was eliminated? Not that it was the best feud but I'm just trying to think of another feud that started at Rumble.

The only ones that really stand out are HBK/Angle, Lesnar/Goldberg and Warrior/Hogan.
Worst would probably be Taker/Maven.
Benoit/Punk seems almost too good to be happen, so I'm going with that one for this year.

Batista vs Triple H is a good one if we're gonna count that, if Batista didn't win you never know, they wouldn't have HAD to wrestle each other so maybe they would have patched things up.

Hogan/Warrior in 1990.
The crowd (and me) went apeshit over it.

Goldberg and Lesnar. Had potential, but we know what happened there. The greatest sociological event in WrestleMania history, that's what!

I was intrigued by the Yokozuna vs Vader slugfest we were going to get in 1996, till HBK spoiled it by....dumping both men out at the same time with one arm each. Thats right kids, in 1996 WWF math, 230 pounds > 1,000 or so pounds.
But I also loved the "Final Four" of Austin, Taker, Vader and Bret in 1997.

How about Shawn Michaels and Diesel parting ways. Definitely the most significant story line to start from the Rumble. I remember Shawn threw him out and acted like it was an accident or something. Sure, it was already a long time coming....but this seemed to push it over the edge.
