I just don't see how ROH is overrated. Fans of it say ya, its sweet wrestling, and it is. They say nothing more, Homicide and Samoa Joe come on and put on sweet matches. I dunno, it does nothing more and nothing less than great wrestling. I honestly think it's the bad ROHbots more than anything that give it a bad name.

One of my good friends is terribly guilty of this. If you dont automatically cream your pants when you hear the name of someone that could be a backup singer in a boy band just as soon as he could be a wrestler, then you're a LOLZ STOOPID WWE MARKZ

Hmm.....This is hard. Squizz said, WWE can't be overrated because of the ratings and the big manopoly they have so can't really say that. ROH is pretty much an alternative to TNA and WWE. 95% Wrestling with 5% Buildup and Promos. And name me anywhere else in America where you can see Japanese guys come in and get a good reception rather than be boo'd for being Japanese. And TNA, I think, are in a downward scope in the same way as WWE except they're building up the fan base, which will help with the two hour special coming up when the Dog Show is on. As soon as that happens, you'll see the quality come through. Either that or Heyman replaces Russo. But definatly get out of the Impact Zone. PLEASE! So, most overrated Wrestling Federation out of the three....... Luger: I DON'T KNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWW! Well, Tajiri was over in WWE at times, and Tanaka was always over in ECW and got a good reception at the first ONS.....but, its rare that WWE puts any japanese wrestlers in a good light to GET them cheered. I'll give you Tajiri, definatly. And definatly on the point about getting people in a good light. It would be nice, but it won't happen. That's why I do like ROH, because it's not the sort of thing they do.

I'll go for TNA. It's got some decent matches on the PPV's, but the promos and storylines scream "Sports Entertainment" for a company that calls itself "Wrestling" and is trying to be an alternative to the WWE.
I'd love for TNA to capture the southern "wrasslin" feel of WCW, but I have a feeling it's going to stay WWE-lite so long as Russo's around.
Also, the Impact Zone annoys the hell out of me, as do the elitist ROHbots. WWE marks being children annoys me less because well, they're children compared to grown men.

Let's be fair now - Russo definitely has some company in regards to being blamed. Their names are Dutch Mantell and Jeff Jarrett.

Squizz said, WWE can't be overrated because of the ratings and the big manopoly they have so can't really say that. I didn't mean TV rating or their monopoly. What I meant is that as the senior company and most famous, they are the standard bearer (like it or not). They set the bar and sat what it takes to be "rated" and all other companies trying to be on their level (or discussed on their level) are going to be compared to them. You can't be overrated when you set the standard.

People say TNA is an alternate, and I agree, as an alternate is a person acting in the place of another; a substitute.(answers.com). It's the only wrestling show on TV right now not under the WWE umbrella, and it has it's own differences from WWE. I don't think it's overrated, because for every 1 person who calls it the next big thing, we have 5 people crapping on it for every possible thing. That's out.
WWE has the general consensus of being crap on the net, and mostly the regular fans are quiet at the shows. There are overrated parts, but that belongs to the wrestlers and not the fed itself. Plus, ever seen the reactions of a non-fan when talking about the WWE?That's out.
That leaves ROH. It's a good fed with good matches, but nothing that wows me. Still people are so devoted to it. It gets real bad sometimes, with some of the crowd and what they don't think is worthy to grace the ring. It's their opinion, but it causes people to generalize the whole group, cause it gets so bad. ROH is the most overrated of the 3, but only cause of that.

Let's be fair now - Russo definitely has some company in regards to being blamed. Their names are Dutch Mantell and Jeff Jarrett. True, that. As much as I don't like him, I wish Cornette would actually book for TNA instead of just being an on-air personality.

TNA by a landslide. They claim to be something they arent, a alternative to the E because they produce Wrestling. If anyone has watched an impact in the last 2 months, they would know that is not the truth. The E and Roh are what they say they are which IMO, makes TNA the easy choice here.

TNA, the die-hard fans have tried to do the following: A) Convince me it's the new ECW B) that it's the alternative to WWE I dunno, I've seen some things that the WWE did that were crap surface in TNA (wife-stalking, for example), plus the fact that their last PPV should've been "Total Nonstop Talking". Seriously, I'm not going to pay $30 for promos. Then let's add the fact that I can't remember most of what happened last week, probably cause there were only 3 or 4 relatively quick matches in an hour. And it's definetely not the new ECW, I've watched Rise and Fall of ECW enough times to know you can never recapture that magic again, ever, well, that and ECW at least managed to get out of the ECW arena.

I'll say TNA. I like them but, for as much as they and their uber-fans claim to be a WWE alternative (or a wrestling company) they are nowhere near that. If anything they are WWE-Lite. You see with ROH, they are more professional and are not an independent, they use independent wrestlers, but the company itself is not an independent promotion. Oh and I gotta say this, the worse thing about TNA and ROH are the fans who don't want to say anything else is good. I also dislike those anti-WWE/DEATH TO VINCE groups online and stuff, seriously wtf is all this about?

There's nothing more idiotic than the fans who say "either you like WWE, or you like TNA!!!"
I'll enjoy based on my own merit, not by what some douche-bag tells me.
