Could these three promotions become so popular that they get a TV deal?

I could see it with CHIKARA. It's the kind of product that many kinds of fans could get in to. But I don't think CZW has a real chance, and ROH has no interest in having television. They had it in Philly for awhile in the early days but it didn't last.

I agree CHIKARA could make it on TV, however Quack would need to discover a safe full of money for that to happen. Either that or Mantis could summon up cash from an ambiguous plot hole of life...

I'd love for CHIKARA to get a tv deal, but Darkness Crabtree would have to make a LOT off his latest insurance fraud deal.

What channel would CHIKARA be on if it got a TV deal?
The one that comes to mind for me is Comedy Central.

I honestly haven't watched a whole lot of CHIKARA, but from what I've heard, the product is basically a bunch of goofy masked characters putting on awesome matches. I think that Comedy Central might air it. That, or maybe G4 could air it as a one hour block with Kaiju Big Battel.

If Chikara got a TV deal I'd be doing a happy dance from now till the premiere episode.
ROH would be a better show than TNA.
CZW, not a chance.

Sadly, though, I don't think that G4 actually runs Kaiju anymore. maybe Comedy Central could pick up both Kaiju Big Battel and CHIKARA and run them for an hour on Fridays. They can just push their Friday Night Stand-Up block back an hour.

Everyone's pretty much said what needs to be said here. ROH: doesn't want it. CZW: no chance in hell. Chikara: would work the best. I just want to add that Chikara on any national television station would be a million shades of awesome.

Who do you think the CHIKARA show would be marketed around? Any one guy, or would it be an "It takes a village to raise a child" type thing...*best analogy I could come up with*

The only problem i see with CHIKARA getting a TV deal is that winter hiatus they take. But yeah, Mantis needs national exposure, as does 2.0

Chikara with higher production values would be fantastic.. just the difference of them being in Philly with the entrance ramp is a big deal to me
long as Bryce continues pulling ref/commentator double-duty.

They don't need pyro, a "Tron" of some kind, complex lighting, or five cameras. Let WWE waste money on all that unnecessary garbage. All a good company needs is a building, ring, wrestlers, ring announcer, referee, a couple of cameras, and of course, a crowd.

Having been to several of their events, I feel CZW will never amount to anything more than a bush league indy that has shows that never, ever, ever start on time.
Which is a shame because they do have some talented people on their roster that get overshadowed by the deathmatch and hardcore hijinks Danzig is so fond of.
