Team Pierzynski vs Team Eckstein has been added. So the White Sox are playing the Cardinals? EDIT: Sting vs. Abyss in a Prision Yard Match, WTF that is.

What about Christian's consultant? Joe is way too obvious. My guess is...
Eric Angle.

Tomko threw-on Steiner-like glasses on Impact, I think that may have been a clue. Plus he hasn't been mentioned yet on the show.
I think it should be Backlund. Have him slap Angle into the chickenwing so he's hurt for the fight with Cage and can't quite win. I don't see Angle getting the belt quite this quick, gotta hold-off a while unless Joe interferes so he can get fight Angle for the title and maybe start a Cage vs Angle vs Joe feud.
AJ/Rhyno will have some type of "stipulations" match. I
Lynn vs Sabin should be good. I'm not sure where they are going with Daniels, but I think he is done for-a-while either as an x-divisioner and/or a face.
3D and LAX obviously fight, I think 3D get the belts.
Senshi vs Starr is likely, should be a nice match.

I'd love a good one-on-one X-Division feud that doesn't revolve around the belt. If Senshi and Starr can give it to us, I'm all for it.

Wow, a week before the PPV, and this thread is only 2 pages long? Shows how much interest people have in TNA right now.

Lol, before that this thread wasn't touched for nearly 3 days, including Thursday after Impact which I found interesting, shows how much people give a crap about this PPV coming up.

Yeah, I don't see a reason to buy this one. Two street fights (Abyss vs. Sting, LAX vs. Dudleys), which means one will end up feeling like it's lacking, most likely, and while I'd love to see Sabin vs. Lynn and another X-Division match, there just isn't enough else going on at this one to draw my interest.
I hope they come through next month; Destination X usually ends up being a good show (I thought it was one of the absolute best PPV's of 2006).

I still have a feeling that they will be pretty much ignoring Destination X in favor of over hyping Lockdown since it's going to be in St. Louis

Yeah, looking at the card, this could honestly be the worst TNA PPV ever. I'm not using hyperbole. Angle vs Cage Abyss vs Sting Sabin vs Lynn Storm/Jackie vs Petey/Gail Basebrawl Hemme vs Dudleys vs LAX Styles vs Rhino Styles vs Rhino WOULD have me interested if it wasnt for the stupid gimmick match crap, same with Abyss vs Sting. Cage vs Angle, somewhat interesting I guess. The only one I really would like to see is Lynn vs Sabin, as its pretty much the only match that has the possibility to go four stars. Angle/Christian could too I guess but I doubt it. As a long time TNA supporter, god this is depressing.

...And, well, I guess Scott Steiner is a reason to watch, if only to post "HUH" in this thread every time he shows up...

If there were, say, one or two (maximum) gimmick matches each PPV, not counting Lockdown, I'd be fine with it, but I'm just tired of every single match needing a stipulation or gimmick. Just let guys go out there and tell a story with their moves and acting sometimes, sheesh.

The gimmick matches kind of make sense since the guys who have the gimmick matches have been fighting each other for a while. However, there does seem to be a lot going on, though,
