Bret Hart vs Mr Perfect as Summerslam 91 is stilll one of my favourite matches! what were perfects other best matches? Mine's too. Blue Blazer vs Perfect was cracker of a match at WM 5 too, although it ws short. |

Perfect vs Texas Tornado is quite good. (Either him losing or winning)
Perfect vs Flair is good.
Perfect vs Luger despite Perfects best efforts really isn't.

Perfect Vs. Tito Santana when dude won the Intercontinental title in the finals of the tournament was way awesome.
Oh, and the SummerSlam '93 match against Shawn was quite good, too.

It was good but the prob with the kotr 93 match was it was nearly move for move the same match as sumerslam 91! I think the ending was the only different bit.

Mr. Perfect and Bret Hart had two great matches: one at SummerSlam 1991 and one at King Of The Ring 1993.
Also, a great Curt Hennig match would have to be when he won the AWA World Title from Nick Bockwinkel.

Sumerslam 91 was when Bret wins his first intercontinental belt. He hooks out the Perfect plex and puts perfect in the sharpshooter
The Coach (Perfects manger) distracts Bret and he breaks the hold, Perfect then low blows Bret.
Perfect then legdrops brets waist while holding bret legs, Bret catches the 2nd leg drop and turns into the sharpshooter to win the match
the kotr 93 match contained all the same sequences as this match but had only minor differences i think a bit on the apron and the end(which i've forgotn as i've only seen it a couple of times!) but i know it was different from the summerslam 91 ending.
Bret vs Undertaker at summerslam 97 and Bret vs Undertaker at one night only (uk ppv97) has this problem to. The same match )move for move) twice apart from the endings!

Hennig vs Giant in WCW...if only for <<<<< THAT moment.
Even Perfect vs Luger at WM IX wasn't THAT bad.

Perfect vs Blue Blazer - WM 5 (most underrated WM match ever) I thought that match sucked! I loved Mr Perfect so when I got the DVD it was the first match I put on. Ventura says before it starts how it would probably steal the show. Then they enter the ring do a couple of moves and Perfect jumps out the ring. He goes back in where they do the same moves and Perfect runs out again. They do this once more except instead of running, this time Perfect hits the Perfect Plex and it`s all over in under 5 minutes. What a waste. |

Just to remind everyone of a gem that most forget, but his performance as team captain of the Perfect Team (him and all 3 Demolition members) against UW, Von Erich, and the Roadwarriors was tremendous. He was also pretty good in the SS match where he was the sole survivor. I also loved his MSG DQ VICTORY over world champ Hulk Hogan. He coaxed a great match out of Hogan. Not only did he get Hogan to do a good job, but he got a great match out of Beefcake as well in the IC tournament.

I liked Perfect vs. Show when he hit the perfectplex on Big Show, only for him to kick out and do the kip up. Man that blew my mind the first time I watched it.
