1 - I've always hated Kennedy, ever since I saw his debut match on Velocity as "Ken Anderson" 2 - I've always hated Lashley. He's just Ahmed Johnson + Lesnar x Goldberg - anything that made those 3 good. I'm not very good at math, but isn't the answer to #2 "pickle"? I thought it was..... |

I dont like Kennedy and you guys know this. I dont think he's funny and the way you guys could even compare his mic skills to The Rocks makes me laugh my ass off because he is nowhere near The Rocks level.

They're a basic job function. His gimmick is "generic obnoxious guy". Wow. I think the difference between Kennedy and Conway, Sylvan, etc. is basically that he just has a better screen presence. Also, like I said already, I find Kennedy highly watchable in the ring. It's getting to the point where it's just a difference of opinion, but I like Kennedy's promos and matches.
If you don't see what's so great about Kennedy, I would suggest continuing to give his segments and matches a try, and maybe take a look back at stuff you might've missed. Once you've done that, if you still don't get it, well, you can't win 'em all can you?

I'm totally sold on Kennedy after the matches with Batista and Lashley. Not to mention he's been cutting excellent promos since the Undertaker feud. Whoever is expecting him to be The Rock has way too high expectations.

Hell Austin was hated in '00, it happens to everyone. And about his "stale gimmick", i'm confused, doesn't anyone else see this as just his catchphrase? It got him over, but it's in no way his frign gimmick. He's moved on WAYYYY past that, if you can't see how good his potential is i feel sorry for you. Instead of feeling sorry for me, could you please elaborate about him "moving way past" the Kennedy....Kennedy thing? He's cocky, and he says his name TWICE! What else? His in ring action isn't bad, but at the moment I can't see why I'm supposed to idolize him like he's the Next Big Thing. I'm sorry I must be in the minority, but i thought his whole run with taker (including the partnership of convenience with MVP> was brilliant. He's Kayfabe crafty he's willing to do anything to win. His promo's are great. "UnderTaker come out and Play" I really think this Main event at mania should have been Kenedy VS Taker Hell in a Cell streak vs belt. That I woulda marked for like an ET reporter at a K-Fed sighting. |

I really don't get what the big deal is supposed to be with Kennedy either. There's really nothing that stands out and grabs my attention.
To me Kennedy is like Cena...they push him on you as "great" but is all hype and little else really. These new guys (Cena, Kennedy, & Orton) are just very basic and boring one you get past all the BS about them.
