I'm not a huge Hogan fan. I started seriously watching wrestling in 1994, and I always felt his true prime was as a heel in WCW. These days, I whine about his workrate and I felt beating Orton was at best unnecessary. But when you really think about it, Orton-Hogan was not a deathblow to Orton. Sure, he needed a few quickie wins over Carlito, but he's already back in the near-main event picture. So Orton-Hogan was basically non-storyline, like a comic book issue focusing on "alternate timelines." The truth is, Hogan's impact on the business warrants him a match or two each year, and the buyrates for Hogan-Michaels are proof. As long as he doesn't eat too much TV time in the weeks prior, and stays healthy, I say let him wrestle. Remember, its Wrestlemania, not SummerSlam, so he can lose... ... or better yet he can will win!

I feel like this would be the perfect last Wrestlemania for Hogan and one last match would be ok with me but thats it. No more anything Hogan after this or it would just ruin it.

Orton/Hogan didn't really do anything for anyone I don't think. I don't think either guy was hurt or helped.

As i will be in attendance and have never seen Hulkamania live, all i want is a hogan appearance. if he were to wrestle, that'd be just some icing on the cake.

I just want Hogan vs Austin dammit!!! We all want that one. We'd get it if "Stinko" Steve would just grow some balls.

We wanted one six years or so ago. Not so much now. Don't kid yourself. If HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN and "Stinko" Steve were to wrestle you'd be marking out like the rest of us.

Hogan has his tv show, so I see no need for him to appear at Mania

I'm not. and I wouldn't. Like I said, Hogan v. Andre is one of my favorite childhood memories. I just don't need to see it agan.. and I was never a big Austin fan, so the Hogan/Rock match we've already seen was enuff for me.

Who cares if Hogan still gets the biggest pop of the night? That's actually another reason to keep him away from the event. Current main eventers have already limited credibility, the last thing they need is having a popular has-been stealing their (little) thunder. We've been having more than enough nostalgia in recent years. Old "Stars" need to gently fade away at one point, in order to let the new generation get over. Instead WWE and the fans are living in the (recent, and not-so-recent) past, hoping to recapture the magic of what had been. And it's not working.... Before the older stars can leave the new stars have to be able to carry the ball. Noe of them draw, none of them have any credibility, and none of them seem to truly love the sport. I can see everyone of them walking off tomarrow and never look back. Untill stars come alone that can carry the sport, we need the old guys to stick around. If the young guys were pulling in fans then the older guys would be able to fade away. The new stars must first be found. How are the new guys supposed to carry the ball if the office is still relying on Legends and soon-to-be Legends to get the loudest pop? And if the fans themselves still crave for an special appearence from Hogan, Austin and Rock... A man who had his prime 20 years ago, a man who's physically unable to wrestle and a man who's making big money in Hollywood and won't prolly ever come back... Legends are fine, but they'd not be paired with younger stars, unless it's for giving a rub (see Foley, Mick or Flair, Ric. even though their continuous jobbing around kinda devalued the meaning of a win over them). How can new guys bringing in new fans if the measuring sticks are nearly unmatchable?

Yeah, stupid "Stinko" Steve for rightifully being concerned about endangering his will being for Hogan to get the win that he's been salivativing at for years now.
No thanks.

I didn't fail, I made the joke. The joke fell flat, but that's Stinkor's fault.

This is 2007 not 1987, so N-O, I'm tired of Hogan.
