Whenever someone would put their foot up when stupid worthless X Pac did the stupid worthless bronco buster it was the greatest reversal of all time every time.

Ken Shamrock reversing Undertaker's chokeslam in to a fujiwara armbar in to the ankle lock at Backlash 99.
It was such a smooth transition and the first time I had seen it reversed like that

I've always loved Michaels reversing punches into Teardrop Suplex (his then-finisher) around 92-93. Prime example against Bret at Survivor Series 92. Smooth transition from defense to offense, without requiring blatant cooperation from the opponent. That one was a thing of beauty.

the diamond cutter always came from no where
the one from superbrawl 98 was my favorite. ddp and benoit both trying to backslide each other and benoit flips backwards over ddps back and sets himself right up for the diamond cutter
