Undertaker beats Batista for the title. But then Real American starts up & Hogan comes out, Paul Bearer (who has returned for this match) trys to throw the contents of Taker's Urn in Hogan's eyes but he misses & hits Taker. Hogan levels him with the big boot, then the leg drop for the 1-2-3.
