Of the current roster:
Elijah Burke Deuce & Domino Brian Kendrick Boogeyman The Highlanders Shannon Moore Jimmy Wang Yang Jamie Noble Mike Knox Matt Striker Balls Mahoney Funaki(not officially, anyway) Mr. Kennedy Stevie Richards Lance Cade
Other notable misses:
Scott Hall The Dudley Boyz Billy Kidman Ricky Steamboat Dynamite Kid(?)(He was around for the first one, but was he in it?) Dean Malenko
And ones I noticed that weren't really big deals(IMO): Rob Conway(The only member of La Resistance not to be in a Rumble) Ryan Sakoda Heidenreich Ultimo Dragon(He was only there through one, though) Cryme Tyme
I'm sure there's more, those are just the ones that come to mind.

Was Diesel ever in one? Armando Alejandro Estrada. Diesel was in 1994 and 1996. Estrada is not an active wrestler

Zach Gowen.
It would be impossible for him to lose.
And if this hasn't been said by now, I lose all faith in the IWC.

Technically, he was in the 1998 Rumble, as Chainz. I get what you were going for, I just take my wrestling trivia seriously.

Scott Hall is easily the #1 missing... hey, but he did win a World War III... heh.

I vote for Ultimo Dragon. I mean, the guy has a move named after him for pete's sake~! I'm not saying he had to win but the fact that he wasn't in one is a crying shame.

You guys make me sad. Nobody realizes the gold mine that would have been putting Zach Gowen in the Rumble? They could have turned it into an angle!
"I was never eliminated! Only one foot touched the ground!"

Only one foot touched the ground!" I jokingly suggested that to my friends watching this year's Rumble. We all had a good laugh, but that would be a great angle.

Kevin Nash's career was saved by a Royal Rumble. 1994 - blame Providence for cheering him and thus keeping him on the payroll. Rhode Island is to blame for the Fingerpoke of Doom.

He competed in the Brawl for All tournament in 1998/9. Didn't he get legit hurt quickly though? Indeed he did. Now that I think about it, he was only in the WWF for the tenure of the Brawl for All and like a month after. He wasn't tenured with WWF by the time Royal Rumble 99 came around.

I don't think Bastion Booger was in a Rumble.
