Was watching a few older clips on Daily Motion and I could not stand to watch more than a couple minutes of Stephanie talking. I've never liked her voice, but it was never THIS annoying.
I was watching a clip of her when the McMahon/Helmsley era started (pre-boob job) and it was this high pitched squeal when she got angry, and then watching the Scott Steiner hitting on her promo (post job), it became this raspy high pitched drawl.
Absolutely excruciating both times. She definitely gets my vote.

I mean, I know a heel is supposed to be annoying, but WOW.
Also, Lashley. I know, it's funny. It's also an embarrassment and hurts the credibility of the show.

Worst I'd say Lashley. How can such a bad ass have such a womanly voice? But yeah, Stephanie McMahon's is probably the most annoying. I hate her.

yea Lashley is definitely awful, his delivery and lack of any semblance of acting ability play in as well, but I find his speaking voice hilarious

Brother Love was also awful but it was intentional lol.

I liked both of them, but both Lita and Sensational Sherri had absolutely terrible voices. They sounded like cats dragging a dead fox over a metal railing.

No way! Sherri's voice was great. I won't defend Lita too much, but I don't think her voice was bad, just her delivery.
The answer's gotta be Lashley.

Steph's voice hit octaves that were not meant to be heard by human ears. she gets my vote. Though yes, Lashley is pretty appalling as well.

Worst is EASILY Lashley.
Steph's voice is annoying, but most of the time her character is portrayed to be, too, so it fits.
Lashley is booked to be a dominant badass, but he sounds like a femme 11 year old.

Steiner's voice irritates me a fair bit, his promos in his 2003 WWE run were for the most part, atrocious. Although like most people I would have to say Lashley's is the worst - turn him into a heel who generally kicks arse and give him a manager to speak for him.

It's Bobby Lashley. Period.
Steph's voice is a work of beauty when she's booked as a heel, which is why I don't want to see her on TV in any other capacity.
