Morrison. As they have done nothing to make CM Punk look like a deserving champ and gave him no one that he could have a good match with and no storylines whatsoever and only won the title to drop it to Morrison.

They were going to rip the title off Punk as soon as Morrison came back so the Shaman of Sexy takes the title back unfortunetly

As a Morrison mark, i hope he regains the title. I like Punk but his reign has been very lackluster, though in fairness ECW has only really built up him, Morrison, and Big Daddy V as main eventers (by ECW standards).
