He did lose to Hornswoggle though. Maybe that was his send off.

True, but I don't think that's saying much, especially how the match ended and how he got spat on afterwards.

That's a start, epsecially given that McMahon may help him win.

I mean, people have been fired when it looked like they were being put in a feud or title match, such as Cryme Tyme, so there's a possibility that Carlito might get released (or have asked for it as reports indicate). Either way his presence won't be missed too greatly.

Well, in Cryme Tyme's case, they did wrestling moves on the ref without his consent or permission from backstage, which could of got WWE sued, while Carlito just has rumored HEATZ. I just know that they didn't have to use Carlito if they didn't like him. They could of just used some other heel.

You're right about Carlito, but maybe he's finishing out his tenure, perhaps, I dunno. I don't want to take a concrete stance on it as right now it's just newz, but either way the guy is not a real asset, especially with Jericho back. As mentioned before, if he is to be taken seriously, he'd have to change the music and ring gear as it just makes him look like a midcarder.

They should probably move Carlito to Smackdown. Kennedy and him are too similar to really coexist, since Kennedy is better at bringing it to the main event.

I really did like Carlito in the beginning, prior to the Masters thing.
Heck, I even liked him a little DURING the Masters feud. But the one area where the WWE fracked up with Carlito the most was the turn itself. Instead of using the Rock formula, wherein Carlito would keep his same schtick, but aim it at heels instead of faces (Which was essentially what Rocky did), the WWE paired him with Torrie and cut the balls off of his character.
Bad move, especially since Carlito's character was built on attitude. Had the WWE wanted to, they could have even paired him up with the "new " DX as a way to get Carlito accepted by more fans as being on an upper level.
