WWE 12, by far. Get rid of voiceovers. They don't improve anything, or make the game more enjoyable. They just limit things...

Is it possible to save more than 20 clips? Like can I put them on the PS3 Hard Drive or...something?
Also, CM Punk interfered in my match, and I guess since the button to pick up a weapon is the same as the button to get out of the ring, and obviously the CPU operates under the same rules, he picked up the sledgehammer. Then he slid out, and walked backstage with the sledgehammer, and I couldn't get another from under the ring. Just thought it was funny...

The only thing I really miss is blood, and maybe the occasional swear word that could be used to sell the intensity of the situation.
Other than that, I like it. Things can be just as dark and mature if its PG or not. I'm glad I can actually watch with non fans without some bra and panties match every week, or sexual comments and situations for no reason other than to have them. I noticed when it came to having a non fan watch, without exaggerating, it seems like they only end up watching when its something like Katie Vick, rather than TLC 2 or the HHH/HBK/Taker "You Can't Win" segment. You don't have to worry about that stuff, and try to explain it as much, now...

One time someone replied "Was this video recorded with a potato?" I laughed. Then another comment said "If I had a dollar for every pixel in this video, I'd have a dollar." At least try to be funny and clever instead of repeating crap ad nauseum. Don't get me wrong, I liked it the first few times. The next 535436436645423 times were just really annoying though. I've literally seen pages and pages where like, 70 percent of the comments are just that. Over and over, and over and over. It's like, how can you possibly think its clever or funny enough to actually stop and put up the same joke, when you can clearly see 20 other people have already done it? |

Miz sounds like a teenager cutting a promo on youtube when he says crap like "I am the number one most must-see Superstar in the WWE Universe". He just feels like he's trying to sell you something all the time, and I can't tell if it's part of his heel persona or a real lack of depth. A catchphrase which amounts, in actual words, to be "I'm Awesome" didn't already do that? I guess its slightly better than "Really?", though... |

His promo in Montreal is one of the best, ever. When the fans try to shut him up with different chants, and he just sits down until they stop. The reaction of the fans when they realized it was useless, and Michaels was in control, was great. As if that wasn't bad enough, HBK had to say "...now that you know who's running this show, I'll continue", to make it even worse. He just totally had those fans right were he wanted them...

So, does story mode just amount to anything more than going on a single, designated path, which basically amounts to you playing for maybe a minute, then pressing a button to go into a cut scene? Nope. Then this is easily one of the worst Story Modes ever, and that's including Smackdown 3. I thought it was bad enough in the recent games where there were very few branching storylines because of the fact that we now have voiceovers, but this is ridiculous. Take out the voiceovers and give us a Season/Story Mode like No Mercy or something... |

I was just playing Universe, and it was suppose to be Lesnar vs Rock, but Lesnar brought out CM Punk to face Rock (who had just beat Punk to win the Undisputed Title).
Punk beat Rock, and then it went to the animation where Rock was injured in the match, but Punk was one of the medics. Was that some sort of glitch? I thought at first maybe it was some other animation where Punk was going to mock Rock or something, but it wasn't.
Also, I'm guessing Rock isn't actually going to be out of action, right? Seeing as he's the champ...

Some people here brought up the possibility that Joe Rogan might badmouth WWE upon seeing Punk... ... not sure if that's really the reason, but I can imagine Vince being wary of this. He seems pretty respectful of it... *Language warning |

I always preferred the Corporate Elbow. Mocking his opponent's signature gesture before dropping the elbow. I pray that at WM 28, Rock does Cenas "dirt off the shoulder" taunt prior to hitting the peoples elbow... |

From when Edge cashed in the MITB to ONS 2 is one of my favorite periods for WWE. It's what made 2006 better than just about every year in the decade, other than 2000 and 2001. The consistent 4's in the ratings show that it had people interested. The Royal Rumble may have sucked, but WM 22 is still the best of the 20s, IMO. Triple Threat World Title, HHH/Cena, Mickie/Trish, Vince/HBK, MITB 2, Edge/Foley. All very enjoyable in different ways. The whole year was good, but the first six months were REALLY good, IMO...
