That Dean Malenko (and his brother) were originally billed as being from "Europe" in WCW.

Hendrix is the answer. But I'd have Jim Morrison on there instead of Jackson.

Pretty sure the little Stinger that one that contest was a plant. The contest was for who was the best Sting look-a-like and the kid had the exact same face paint that Sting was wearing that night. This is a man that never seemed to wear the same paint twice at the time.

1. He had a totally different character in WCW/early WWF career that was 1,000 times more interesting than the bland character he has been for the last 10 years.

I'm almost bummed about this news because now (like with Clash of the Champions) I'm going to want to incorporate this show into my viewing schedule and thus will have another dilemma where I will have to either watch the 20 or so episodes back to back before getting back to where I am now in chronological order (Clash Of The Champions XVIII) or just ignore them and only watch the ones from '92. I want to be on the '95 era shows when the Monday Night Wars/Nitros debut on the Network. I already planned on incorporating RAW into the schedule as it is.

It could be like Pandora only with wrestling matches. You tell it the kind of matches you like and it bases it's random selection off of your preferences.

If you turn on the captions they are often times ridiculously off from what the person actually said. One example is Bobby Heenan saying "Is she a hooker?" instead of "looker" to Gorilla Monsoon about Sensational Sherri at Survivor Series '91.
Can't remember the show but the captions once had the Motor City Madman described as being "found in a puddle hole" instead of "found in a pool hall". Anyone else seen any funny ones?

That Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker had a state police gimmick. I always figured it was a military gimmick. Wasn't it originally a border patrol gimmick? Maybe. He was part of a gimmick called "State Patrol".

I was once part of a marching band competition where one of the other bands had guys (girls?) dressed up as Sub-Zero and Scorpion dancing around on the field.

Also learned that Mike Rotunda was doing the Michael Wallstreet gimmick BEFORE his IRS gimmick. I always thought Michael Wallstreet was just a gimmick WCW gave him so they could keep him doing an IRS-like gimmick after he left the WWF during the Monday Night Wars.

Stan Hanson had a disgusting chew gimmick where he'd have spit going down his chest as he gave promos.

Not sure why the Marvel toons had people using laser guns when Batman got away with it. Sure in Batman they couldn't have people firing hand guns, but that didn't stop them from having people use Tommy guns all the time instead. The idea was that a kid could get a hold of a hand gun and emulate what they see but not likely a Tommy gun. When someone would draw a hand gun it would usually be knocked out of their hand before they could use it. I only know of two exceptions: 1. The Joker pulled a hand gun and fired it but it had a representation of his face on the barrel so the barrel stuck out of his mouth. I think the barrel may have been extra long too. Guess that somehow made it OK to show. The second time was Rupert Thorn firing a hand gun at Batman and misses. Batman chastises him for "pulling a piece". Not sure why it was allowed.
