I thought for sure he’d show up since the show was in Nashville.
Has he ever gone home to his sexy wife? Lana should really file a missing persons report if he’s not home nor at Dynamite or rampage.

youtu.be/gxaIPtKBRVMI don’t know what happened to those other guys and his podcast, but I love that he’s gone back to straight forward reviews about stuff from his past

It’s going to be on on a Saturday morning.
Noon, for the east coast. Feels like watching a super stacked episode of WWF superstars. I feel like watching an old episode of wmac masters beforehand.

The weirdest thing, I’ve been checking the tracking back to Walmart and although it’s been sent back to sender, it says the sender has moved and it’s being sent to another part of the country. How the hell does Walmart completely change one of its warehouses to a different part of the country in a two week time frame?

Would his one appearance on Celebrity Deathmatch count? I haven’t watched the other stuff, but that episode was amazing for showing, as good as he is shooting promos, how awful he is as a voice actor.

I double checked and actually my delivery was in two boxes. For some reason, they returned one and they said they'll try to schedule the the other one for tomorrow. What? Why would they return half a delivery? Because UPS sucks. The time they held my stuff hostage, I had two packages. Got one on one day and the other on the next because they somehow screwed it up. You don't happen to have the name of the seller you ordered through Walmart from, do you? Because the warning bell just went off in my mind and it's sounding uncomfortably like the last time I ordered something through Walmart. Now there was a saga. It was from Walmart itself. Tonight, the second package was delivered to my doorstep (despite my calling them and telling them to return the other package). What the hell do I do with half a package? Walmart says I have to send it back to them, so they can process it as returned and I have to re order it. But now they don't have it for that price on that website anymore and It's listed with a 3rd party seller for way more money, and no free shipping. What the hell? You'd think a big and rich ass company would be more helpful. Amazon, for its faults, has ridiculously generous customer service for things out of the customer's control.

I think aew likes to do it because their time limit rules and tv time remaining rule kind of spoils how long the match is going to be if it’s the last one

about two weeks ago wednesday, I ordered something from Walmart because they didn't have it in the physical store.
First it said it would be delivered by monday february 7 (today). The next day I received an e-mail saying it was "shipped early" and would arrive that sunday. Sunday night rolls around and it never comes and monday morning the tracking says "shippind delayed" and a few hours later say "order processed" and then "order shipped" from the original location. New arrival time February 7th (today) by 7:00. So it's still the original date, so I don't mind waiting, although I'm weirdly confused.
Today rolls around, and I stayed home all day waiting for the UPS guy. I step out to check at 6:30 and nothing. So I check the tracking number and it says
"The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery. - 6:27 pm"
WTF? I called UPS and they said they would send in a complaint with the local UPS, and call me back in the morning to reschedule.
I Check back tonight and I see from Walmart
Arrived at facility - 9:51 pm Los Angeles, CA 02-07-2022 9:28 pm Departed from facility xxx CA Departed from facility - 9:28 pm xxx, CA 02-07-2022 8:39 pm The package was refused and will be returned to the sender. xxx GA The package was refused and will be returned to the sender. - 8:39 pm xxx, GA 02-07-2022 8:06 pm The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender. xxx GA The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender. - 8:06 pm
And the UPS website says that it's being send back to the original sender in Georgia. WTF?! Apparently UPS customer service is closed for the night so there's no one to take me call so I can't talk to anyone to fix this until morning.

Not like fuller house where there was a lot of anticipation for it.
More like say, Mr Iglesias, or the Ranch. The first, I only watched because I was binging Fluffy specials, and the other I completely had no idea about until Danny Masterson got arrested
And then, theres some random ass stuff that looks like it should be on cbs that had no buzz or advertising that you’d never know existed if it wasn’t randomly recommended to you?
I tried watching that show Pretty Smart and wow that is generic.
In general, I find sitcoms on Netflix kind of off. A studio audience, filmed an entire season of shows without any context of what they’re watching, and with no hype or buzz around it that just shows randomly on essentially direct to video service.

I have a theory about some of the shows from the so called Golden age of television. It seems that everyone loved them when they’re new and will watch week to week or binge when new, but the true test is low long it survives in syndication. Hate all you want on Big Bang theory, but it seems to have some timeless classic thing about it that’s gonna stick in the pop culture years after it ended.
Anyways, I remember when Brooklyn 99 was on TBS. Tbs made a really big deal about it and booked a lot of time in its 8-11 slot Monday through Friday blocks that the Big Bang theory usually is. It lasted about a month before they out the Big Bang theory back and Brooklyn 99 shows up very randomly on their schedule. Usually around 1:00 am. Ditto with New girl and two broke girls.
I loved that show The Mentalist and was excited when I heard it was on tnt. But when I finally reactivated my cable, it was gone. Not even middle of the night airings. Meanwhile they were still playing Bones and castle non stop and they still air it sometimes in the morning.
Here on local tv, our local fox/my network tv got rights to Modern family, Big Bang theory, and 30 rock. They play the shit out of Big Bang theory on both channels (not to mention tbs) and modern family as well (not to mention USA and now E!). But 30 rock? Not so much.
Our really local/independent channel 56 tried making a big deal out of community, but I think it only ran one or two cycles. Meanwhile that same channel seems to love them some Last man standing.
While not critically acclaimed as the others (and older), Those tnbc shows that aren’t saved by the bell didn’t fare too well. I remember abc family was airing hang time and I was so glad I could watch the last couple season I missed from tnbc. When I kissed them again, I thought I could watch it again when it cycled back to the end again. But they only played it once.
Saved by the bell the new class. I was hyped to watch it on USA and thought it was funny that the USA versus tbs war continued from wrestling to Peter Engle shows since it aired directly against the original saved by the bell episodes. Man they cancelled that show after one full cycle of programming. It was 1996 and they still had 4 more years of new programming to receive but nope. Never played it again.

Either because the performer made it so good, or the name itself it too good
I was wondering the other day why nobody every used the Razor’s edge. The few times they did, it never stuck and every time someone would use, we’d all think “that’s the Razor’s edge. The only one properly used and cal it the Razor’s edge on tv is Damien Priest and I thought it was neat they didn’t give it a new name
Also, I notice the backwards Hurrican rana is always called the Poison Rana. Is that a Candace La Rae thing? Cause the poison pixie and all.
Speaking of which, hurrican rana itself is named after a wrestling named Hurrican. The only other time I saw it something else is the Frankensteiner and that’s what I always referred to it at first when it started popping up in America,
Carlito changed the Lung Blower to Back Cracker to Back stabber and now everyone calls it that
The Strech muffler is often referred to as the Brock Lock

Degrassi: The Next Generation after most of the OG cast left. It was pretty much Degrassi: The Next Next Generation by that point. I mean the beauty about degrassi was that you could always change the ensamble cast every few years. The school was the main character. Hell it’s coming back on HBO max next year. That’s not to say that first Next Generation class wasn’t superior because it sure as shit was. Same thing as Saved by the Bell the new class. By time Rachel left, it was unrecognizable from season 1 and just felt really weird since they were now two generations removed from Zack morris era.

Dude just shuts off the lights so he can sit down, and then turns on the lights so he stand up.
I don’t know why, but of all the hokey, obviously rehearsed and just look cool entrances, this looks the most… trying something to look cool.

Considering the way his other show ended and how this one started, I was hoping that Danny would have sat down Stephanie and DJ down one days and go “kids, I’m going to tell you a wonderful story….” Or even casually just go “hey did I ever tell you story of how I met your mother?”

I made a similar thread about shows changing focus, but this I mean more like
Scrubs. Should have ended at season 8. Season was so drastically different, it should have branded as a different show
Community season 5 and 6. Season 4 ended with them all graduating and season 5 started with them coming back to school like it’s been years (only about 4 months in real time) and everyone failed at life. Not to mention the huge character turnover.
Dragon ball z, the Majin buu era is such a huge departure from Z as far as look and characters, and they finally changed the theme song, it get as drastic a change as going from dragon ball to dragon ball Z. they should have treated it the third show before Gt became a thing. Not mention dbz would have ended with Goku dead it would feel like the show actually had some stakes and his return in Buu would have been more satisfying.
Obvious the Simpsons. I mean people complain about the drop in quality from Teen titans To Teen titans Go, but could you imagine if it just kept going as Teen titans and devolved into Go? That’s how it’s like with the simpsons. Sure people would be complaining about “being back the original Simpson” but at least you wouldn’t get the whole “this show hasn’t been good since season 10” argument.

Been watching a lot of school/teen sitcoms and man, they really ran out of idea pretty quick into their run.
I think Saved by the bell: the new class got the most flack for number of episodes where it didn’t take place at the school, but
Hang time: So far, they’ve been camp counselors, road trip to LA or San Antonio (which is fine for their basketball tournaments) but now I’m watching them in New York for no reason just spending Christas away from their family. City guys. Inner city youth at Manhattan high school where they spent several episode: in a town house doing a Reel world spoof, now they’re at a beach house using the Malibu CA sets. Student bodies: man they haven’t been in school or talked about their newspaper for the longest time
Modern family: it got really weird when all the kids graduated high school and still live at home or were written off the show (manny) or just disappeared (Lily). Also, they, like Parks and Rec abandoned their documentary style format and became some WWe invisible camera man with Titus/Bernie Mack style talking heads where the characters are just talking about what they’re thinking
Beverly Hills 90210 after they all graduated college. Same with Boy meets world.
Then it just became young adults just living their lives while their teachers and parents were still around for some reason..
The Goldberg. Considering it was the Real Adam Goldber’s memories about his quirky family has become the wacky adventures of Barry and Mrs. Goldberg. Or that Parody show. Ditto for community.
The Mentalist killed off its big Bad they were building up for like 5 years and then it just kept going. So then it just became wacky myster of the week Where the two main leads kept working with each other until they realized they liked each other.
